The office assistant I spoke to was rude and unprofessional on a "follow up" phone call a week after I called multiple times and left voicemails requesting insulin. He makes sure we are on the same page and understanding. He takes his time to explain the prescriptions and their side-effects, how they work, and the science behind them. He discusses several options, the outcome of each, and which best works with my lifestyle for the best result. I have NEVER seen a doctor who cared so much. He always prints out handouts for me to take home and he directs me to related articles and resources to educate me on my health condition. Hands down, Dr. Tashko is one of the best doctors and I'm so blessed to have met him and have him as my endocrinologist. I explained the administrative misunderstanding with the recording of the times (despite having completed it according to the instructions provided), and that the sample would be the same. I asked to be able to change the label to accurately reflect their new instructions, but they refused saying that since I handed it to them they couldn't allow me to change the record even though it would still be accurate. Now the labs won't be done before an important appointment. A disappointing experience that felt most frustrating that there wasn't any effort on their end to come to a reasonable solution. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this practice to others.
