I tell her and she says she will talk to the doctor and call me right back. They never call back and then a month later they send me to collections for the doctors visit payment. It was a mistake going to this trashy place. Save your money. A. They don't know what they are talking about. B. They have zero customer service. C. They are terrible. I would rather fall off a 200' waterfall than ever step foot in this garbage establishment ever again. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

My referral was eventually found and was passed onto Laura. I called back today, 2/10/22, inquiring about getting my appointment scheduled. I was informed that once Dr. Lee looks at my referral, which takes a week, I will get a call to schedule an appointment. This is NOT acceptable to me! I have pulmonary edema, difficulty breathing, and several enlarged lymph nodes in my chest! Im in remission from Hodgkin's lymphoma and there's a huge chance the cancer is back! I'm very scared and disappointed in the lack of urgency by this office! I requested another referral. I know that I'm not Queen Elizabeth but damn!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Soteres because my 18-month-old son has been experiencing an…read moreintermittent itchy rash for several months. He is otherwise a healthy, thriving child with no fever, illness, or other concerning symptoms. We were hoping to determine whether the rash was eczema, allergies, or a combination of both. Initially, the visit seemed fine. However, I was disappointed by how quickly conclusions were made. Before thoroughly examining my son, Dr. Soteres stated that it was definitely eczema and not primarily allergy-related. The tone of the appointment changed significantly when we were asked about vaccinations. We explained that we have chosen to take a delayed approach and vaccinate more gradually. From that point forward, the conversation felt less focused on diagnosing my child's condition and more focused on our decision regarding vaccinations. Dr. Soteres expressed concern that the rash could be measles and suggested urgent evaluation, despite my son having no fever, illness, or other symptoms typically associated with a child who appears acutely sick. What was most upsetting was feeling judged rather than supported. Regardless of differing opinions on vaccination schedules, I came seeking medical guidance for my child's rash, not a lecture about personal parenting choices. At the conclusion of the visit, I was given paperwork encouraging vaccination and told my son could have infected the whole office and he needs to know asap. While I understand that physicians have an obligation to discuss and recommend vaccines, it felt like the majority of the appointment became centered around my child's vaccination status rather than the reason we scheduled the visit. I left feeling as though I was being viewed primarily as the parent of an unvaccinated child instead of as a parent seeking answers for a skin condition. In the end, the diagnosis was eczema annd unvaccinated disappointed and we were prescribed a cream. After all of the concern and discussion, that was ultimately the treatment plan provided. I left feeling that my concerns about possible allergies were never fully addressed and that the focus of the visit had shifted away from my son's symptoms to his beliefs... which was mind blowing to me. I fully respect that physicians may have different medical opinions and recommendations. However, I believe patients should be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion, even when there is disagreement. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed, judged, and uncomfortable rather than helped. Based on my experience, families who make medical decisions differently than their physician may not feel respected or heard in this practice. Be aware of being judged and shamed by dr soteres

Practice doesn't do basic childhood vaccinations. Practice doesn't alert patients when…read morepractitioners leave the practice. It has never taken less than four weeks for this practice to return an approval fax to the physical therapist that my son had been referred to. My physical therapist sends a new request every week. Only, to my dismay, it usually takes at least 4 to 6 weeks and me making one or more trips in, in person to get my son's physical therapy renewal signed, and faxed back. This includes if I go in, in person and drop the paperwork off into their handy little hands.... And IF I DO drop the paperwork off, in person, even though it's been in their possession for WEEKS, I'm told there's 72 hour turnaround time. This means that YOU won't get service worth a , because they can't provide some of the most basic services for an 8.5 year old little boy who has autism & is in PT to stabilize his gait before he starts third grade, & moves from playing with children who are generally younger than he is, to possibly playing with children his age and size or larger. And since he became school aged during the pandemic and then I struggled with several other pediatricians dismissing my concerns about the behaviors that were aligned with symptoms of autism I was familiar with, I HOPED that Summit wouldn't become the same kind of nightmare scenario that Peak Vista is, and Charles Burke, wether he's with Optum, UC Health or wherever TF he is now; (hopefully no longer gaslighting mothers about their concerns about getting the appropriate supportive services in order to prepare my ONE KID for school with the children of the excessive amount of people who have moved to COS, without the first f**k to give about wether they run us over with their compensatory trucks that are clearly making up for what they lack in brains, class, and inadequate "tools".) Anyway I just wanted to try to get my son some physical therapy to make sure that he had a stable support in order to play probably more roughly with slightly elder children he has been. Summit has done everything within their power to make this virtually impossible, and I detest them for it! I didn't know that it was possible to get worse service than what I was receiving at Peak Vista! But here we are approximately year later several renewals and an absurd amount of effort just to get them approved. I wouldn't send my family here. I wouldn't send my cats five month old turds here. This place has been absolutely terribly. I could not recommend anywhere else less. I hope if this is unclear, you'll reach out to me and I can further explain to you why this place sucks so very much! I'm sorry to everyone who's still figuring this out, but it's coming. Bet on it.

They are now adding late fees to my "bill" and are getting ready to send it to collections. Once again, I explained I have no equipment to pick up as I am not a customer, he said, "Well, I have to pick it up so I can close this out." ??? What???!!! THERE IS NO EQUIPMENT!!! Couldn't get supplies when needed they had the nerve to tell they were out of stock. Then when I got fed up and decided to change to other company I couldn't get them out to pick it up. They have local office but not open to public and I was willing to return it just to be rid of them but no not an option. I also offered to set it our front on porch no not an option. Also no appointment window either customers are just expected to be there when and if and that is a big if they decide to show up. I moved changed my address with them months ago and it is still not changed in their system. Have been trying to rid myself of them since beginning of year and this is now Mid May. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.
