There are a number of shops at the Pearl, but this appears to be one of the more unique ones. The store feels a bit whimsical and little fantastical. You can find t-shirts, jewelry boxes (not traditional ones but one with Día Dos Muertos faces), stickers, coffee cups, to name just a few items. I almost bought one of those ceramic jewelry boxes, but I talked myself out of it as I have several jewelry boxes without a lot of jewelry. Their prices are very reasonable, so your dollar goes a long ways in this store. The store staff was super friendly and helpful. They can point you to the specific part of the store where you might have an interest in their goods.

Karolina's has you covered from the front door, to the kitchen, to your wardrobe, and yes, even the garden. They've got the obligatory stickers and t-shirts, of course, but they also have a large and unique selection of Hispanic-themed and inspired trinkets and dishware that are sure to save you the trip to Laredo or the RGV. The people who work here are really great, too. The prices seem fair for what it takes to produce and import these items, but you know I love a deal (and I don't think they take coupons here).
