If the owner does not provide the itemization within this time frame, then the entirety of the deposit must be returned in full to the tenant. I did not receive any itemized deductions, however a fee was deducted from my deposit. I was told by the building manager that the deduction was for "cleaning fee"; however, the leasing agreement does not specify a specific dollar amount that a cleaning fee costs, and again, I did not receive an itemized list of any deductions from my deposit within 45 days, and am still waiting for my full deposit to be returned.

The apartments work pretty well for single, couples or modern day working people. Pet friendly, weekly events, discounts, free deliveries from Rosie's right below the apartment are some of the many perks the place has to offer. Controlled access and dedicated parking as some extra features. The rent with all of the above is on the higher end and maintenance to a certain extent is covered but the rest does have minimal costs involved. All in all a fairly ok deal.
