Hard to reach by telephone.... they were contacted by Costco to install an appliance for me. They did will with that. I also scheduled them to install two other appliances. One was installed incorrectly and the other they refused to touch because they didn't have the right equipment - despite the fact that they were told multiple times exactly what they were being asked to move- how much it weighed how far they were moving it and how many steps they were covering. Quite disappointing that they arrived unprepared. They agreed to come back another day but never came and would not return a call or text about incorrect installation or the no show to move the other appliance. But they cashed the check!!! Completely unprofessional. I had to have someone else install the appliance correctly. read more

Had a home warranty claim filed with them. Took a week for them to come out to look at the issue. Then they failed to file the paperwork with the warranty company for another week. Then when the warranty company tried to get in contact with them, they did not respond and became difficult to get in touch with. There are many other electricians to use besides this company. These people are con artists, they came into our home on a claim from our home warranty and the guy told me he was really into pleasing his customers and that he was going to get the repairs done before Christmas, well long story short he took $100 dollars from us and never turned in any documentation. Each employee is uncertain of when the plumber will contact me. They behave as though this is normal behavior. They leave me with an uneasy feeling about their service quality. Not recommended... What a horrible experience. I bought a new kitchen faucet through Lowe's. I waited 1 week for a call from Puma's, then another 2 weeks for my first visit to check out the simple kitchen faucet change. The repairman told me I had to buy new hoses for my sink. I asked him to write down specifically what I needed. After he left I went straight to Home Depot to buy the hoses. He didn't specify the size, so the customer service rep recommended I buy both sizes. I did. Another 2 weeks for Puma to come out for installation. When the repairman arrived, he said it was not the hoses he wanted. UGH! Even after I showed him his hand written note, he still had to go get new hoses. But then he forgot his wallet. I forked out another $20 to get the right hoses. He kept my change and finally completely the work. Then, upon his departure, I had to get my brother to come home to tighten his installation as many areas where just hand-tightened. When reviewing the charges on my Lowe's account, Puma charged me for the hoses again. 5 weeks and 4 hose purchases for 1 faucet. What a nightmare. UGH. Never again. read more

If I could give this company a zero I would. They are contracted through Lowes to deliver and install appliances. They are the biggest joke and Lowes should be ashamed to use them. They do not show up at schedules delivery times (or ever for that matter), they do not answer the phone, they do not return voice-mails. If you do happen to get them on the phone they lie and blame everything on Lowes and refuse to help resolve the situation. Go read other reviews including in the BBB website. tried to use this company for an oven installation who was contracted through Lowes. They caused unprofessionalism and arguments on their first visit with us to measure our cabinet space for an electric double wall oven. Had to demand they leave my house. I contacted the owner who then came out and professionally measured but then turned around and told Lowes they did not want to install for us for fear they would not meet our expectations. Wasn't sure why they wasted our time measuring if they weren't going to do the work. Very frustrating and irritating. Will not use this company for anything else ever again. I do not recommend you use them and if you do, expect unprofessionalism, rudeness, frustration, and your time wasted. read more

I purchased a gas range from Lowes in the morning and paid $135 to have it installed. In the afternoon Mary from Puma left a message saying call back they were doing my install and we needed to schedule a delivery date and time. I called back within 20 mins but no one picked up so I left a message. Did not get a return call the rest of the day. Left three more messages over the following two days, each time stressing that I'd really like my new gas range and please call me ASAP. No response. Finally went back to Lowes on day 4 and it was my pleasure to cancel the install and get a refund. Found a local plumber who will do the gas hookup for 1/2 the price and is coming right away after delivery. Why Lowes isn't embarrassed by this totally unprofessional company and keeps using them for installs makes absolutely no sense. read more

Super service! My gas line rotted through and I had 3 estimates done to replace the line. Puma's was 3 times LESS than Roto-Rooter and 8 times LESS than another company! They were efficient, professional, and left my yard looking fantastic! They didn't use a bulldozer or backhoe to dig up the small line, like another utility company did. The area is very small and very nicely put back together. When summer hits, you won't even be able to notice it! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! read more

I had Lowe's install a microwave. Puma came out and did a quick, complete job. Their communication was excellent. If Mary didn't pick up when I called, then she would call back within an hour. I was hesitant after reading previous reviews, but I was thoroughly satisfied. They seemed to know what they were doing--less than an hour the old unit was removed and the new one installed and they cleaned up as best they could (lots of small roofing particles fell down thru vent). read more

Purchased toilet from Lowes and this was the company assigned for the install. After a month with a cancellation and then a no show we returned the toilet. They do not return calls and were impossible to work with. I left multiple messages and never received a call back. Lowe's installation dept would call and fax information and tell me they will call, but they didn't. One of the most frustrating experiences for a simple install of a toilet. Lowe's needs to get a different company to represent them and provide installs. read more
