It's been two weeks and still no change. They don't call you back when they're called and messages aren't relayed in a timely manner or not at all. I'm glad the work is completed, however, I believe they are over priced. I have 5 stars due to the technicians timeliness, knowledge, kindness and fixing the problems.

Did a septic pump, found and dug up our distribution box, hydro jetted our leach system for roots (which we think was the cause of the back up), covered the D box hole back up. Daniel was also upfront about the charge for services, and didn't charge us more when the work was done. He is very knowledgeable and was honest in answering our many questions. He didn't give us pat answers like some do to pacify. We took off one star due to not having an invoice for services available upon taking our money. They wrote us out a hand receipt until they could email us the paid in full invoice. All an all, they did a great job! They are one of the few companies in the Fort Wayne area with advanced equipment to do hydro jetting and have camera's to investigate the problem when necessary. We would definitely recommend them when your situation requires more than a septic pump.
