Our septic backed up at 5 o'clock on a Sunday. He came out that night and got it fixed in the snow. Nobody else could come out until Monday so we were so grateful for him. He was quick and clean and very affordable. Highly recommend. read more

I didn't have a great experience with poop dynasty. I called to have my sewer clean out to have a camera ran down it to see where I was having issues. When I called he told me his camera broke the day prior so he would have to rent one. He showed up 30-35mins late to the scheduled appointment that he set the time for that I had to leave work early for to accommodate. When he got to my residence he said since I have a tree in my front yard that he would water jet it and that would more than likely fix my issue. However he didn't come with any water in his tank for the jetter. He then had to leave and go to my parent's house to fill his tank with water. He came back did the jetter and then told me that there was a blockage or a broken pipe close to the street. I asked him if he was going to stick the camera down to see what the issue actually was, so I knew exactly what I was dealing with, so I could fix it properly as I had company coming to town soon. He said he couldn't because his camera broke and he either need to buy a new one or rent one, but when he got one he would come back and do it for free for the inconvenience of not having the equipment with him. I asked him how long he thought that would take and he said in about a week. I text him a few times for an update at first he was quick on response but then never followed up. It's now been 2 months and he still hasn't came back and he no longer will respond when asking for an update on when he will return to finish the job. Im not looking to get anything for free and I didn't ask for him to came back to do it for free. He is the one that offered that. I know everything has a price and skilled trades come with high cost. My issue is he never came back to do the job he told me he would do. I now have to pay someone else to start the whole process over again it is very frustrating. read more

Hired Poop Dynasty LLC to replace my entire sewer line . After severing a gas line , damaging my custom color gutter downspout , blindly digging up my entire back yard behind house and finding nothing due to broken locators , destroying my fence and replacing only half the line i paid him in full on good faith he would return to level out the the ground in a few weeks like he promised , fix the damage and clean up the mess of bricks he requested . After I paid him in full he would not provide a reciept and will not return messages . This job was started in March and never finished after being paid . He also damaged the neighbors fence which he ( the neighbor) said he would fix himself thankfully as it will not latch anymore . I have pictures and videos but can't post them on here. read more

Joey went above and beyond jetting my clean out. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing any sewer/septic cleaning!
