This company is awful and the owner Maury is a rude, nasty man. The knowingly SEVERED our line…read morewhile doing some work for our neighbor and when we called them, not aware yet, they had notes of this and still charged us for a scope then after many questions admitted that they cut our line, asked us to pay for the work as Maury doesn't want to "eat the price". We said hell no and when asked for a refund for the scoping since this wasn't our fault, he lied and threatened to charge us for the neighbors work and said we caused some of it. It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.

He dropped and did not put back insulation from a closet ceiling attic. He left open a fire place screen, changed a furnace filter that was his to replace while leaving the old filter and plastic wrappers on the floor, and left a faucet dripping in a bathroom. Not very tidy or respectful of his privilege to do work in a home. He also refused to supply a copy of his report to the owners of the home. If his inspection was as detailed as his clean up, be forewarned.
