There is always some issue going on here. Arms don't work, vacuums don't work, no towels, tunnel…read moredidn't even wash my car. This was the last straw, went to wash the car, there were some issues with the arms so they had to be manually operated. I was in line B and I waited over 30 minutes just to get to "pay". They let line A cut in front of us almost 6-7 cars were able to go before me and they arrived after me. I was unable to switch lanes. After I finally got to go into the car wash tunnel the machine just skipped my vehicle. I saw the soap drop on the car in front and behind me and just skipped me, no spinning brushes nothing. Done. Went to tell the employee and they just smirk and says yeahs it happens I gave this place too many chances and cancelled my membership. Don't recommend membership, go to the ones across the street.
