I've been a member here for a few months I have no complaints with the customer service. I will mention that there have been a couple times where I've gone through the car wash and it smelled like wet dog/ dirty water instead of soap and cleaner. Not sure what's up with that. read more

So I was picking up food at Cheba Hut and saw this car wash across the road. My car was really dirty and the car looked very enticing and upscale. I am glad I stopped by, this is definitely a well engineered car wash. Like any car wash, there are just some parts the machine won't reach but this place had the best clean of any car wash I have been to. I like the use of a safe scrub method instead of those spin scrubs that leave scratches. Thank you Tommy's Express! You pay a real person before your car wash! So nice. They offer free microfiber towels for use. They also offer a free mat wash machine. Easy to use and my mats look great. They also offer free vacuums, although some didn't work properly and I had to hunt for some that did work. Overall it was a very good experience. read more

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share when companies don't take responsibility for their mistakes. We had memberships for both our vehicles, and I went in person to cancel both back in May--well before the next billing cycle. Despite that, I was charged and told that refunds aren't possible, only credits for future washes. I asked to speak to a manager, and then requested follow-up from the corporate office. Three weeks later--no call, no resolution--and I was charged again. When I called back, I was told only one vehicle was canceled. So yes, their staff made a mistake, but I was still denied a refund and directed to app terms and conditions (even though this was handled in person). It's disappointing that the company couldn't stand behind their own error and chose not to make it right. I've now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Customer service really matters--and unfortunately, that's where this location fell short. read more

I have a suggestion/complaint. Please ASK the driver if they want that piece of plastic on the rear wiper blade. It tore up the rubber on mine. I try to catch them and stop them before they put it on, after I saw what it was doing. Other than that, the wash is very thorough, the vacuums are good and strong. read more

The wash is not very good at all. My car is black and left water spots and was still had dirt left on it. No towels vacuum not strong. They have poor customer service. Swirl marks are noticeable. I would not recommend Tommy's at all. read more

Two days ago, I paid for a one month trial membership for $24.99 and was supposed to be able to drive through and wash my car anytime I wanted for one month. However, today three days before the membership expired, I was told I had to download the app in order to be able to take advantage of the purchase I already made. That was not the deal I made, and I explained that to them. After five minutes of her blaming corporate and apologetically arguing with me, I screamed that they were stealing from me. The attendant finally let me go through (this time) but downgraded me to a regular wash instead of the ceramic wash I paid for. This is stealing! I can't believe I was considering buying a membership from them! I'll make it a point to let everyone know about this shady business practice! (Note: I accidentally left this review by mistake at a Wisconsin location. I'm trying to remove it per the owner's request. It was Alamo Ranch where this occurred.) read more

DeZavala @ Babcock, San Antonio, TX Staff very friendly and patient with me preparing my car for the ride. Once out. This was a free trial, with a coupon, for the top of the line wash. My 2023 Black Subaru Ascent, was moderately dirty but not beyond. It came out wet, with water spots already setting in. Not good on any vehicle, much less on a black vehicle. I reported this to a very nice young worker, and he suggested that I take the vehicle through again and ask the staff to stop the vehicle at the dryers and let it set longer. This did not seem adequate at all. I thanked him and told him that I would dry it at home. I asked a customer to my left, and he too had the problem and was already drying his own car. A large black P/up truck also black, stopped as they came out of the dryer, and stopped to check it out, and I asked if there's was also wet, and it was worse wet than mine. The truck guy said, "yeah, that sucks right?" Also, the vacuum cleaners do not suction forcefully either. This was my trial wash with a coupon. I have one more coupon to try on another vehicle, and will see how it goes then. read more

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The disposable towels are so much better than the microfiber towels used by 10000 customers before. I asked for help with the mat washers and was helped by a friendly employee. My car came out very clean, and I appreciate the wiper cover they put on my wiper as most washes usually rip off wipers. I truly appreciate the time and thoughtfulness about this place. Always thinking ahead. I was trying to get some towels out of the dispenser when an employee noticed me struggling and they immediately came and replaced the towels for me. read more

I am pleased at the entire wash system. I believe they use soft material cloth on the hanging washing rags which I love! Not sure of the side washer material(hopefully the ownership can let us know) however, I have not noticed any scratches to date. The blower at the end is INSANE!!! I love it!! Easily 90% of the water is blown off once you leave the bay leaving you with minimal water to wipe off. I have used The #1, 2 and 3 options. It's well worth it if you don't have time to hand wash! This is my new car wash to use! read more

I love the location, the wash was pretty good as well but the vacuums were already clogged, and there is no complimentary towels to dry any remaining water with. Most days I wash my car I go when i randomly think of it, spur of the moment type of thing. So I can't see me taking my own drying towels every time I wash. I won't be returning simply because of that. ‍ read more

What a great addition to Alamo Ranch! The wash is quick and efficient, no frills and no fuss, has bays with free vacuumes, and has free disposable towels to use to get rid of the last drips of water. We needed help with the free rug cleaner machine and employee Brie came over and helped us without us having to even ask. We will be making use of our membership often! read more
