Have you ever been a customer at a local business and you have always enjoyed going there and given your business to them as opposed to their competitors but over the years little by little the quality of equipment deteriorates in the form of lights that they used to have when they first opened letting you know what service was being delivered to you washing your vehicle, overhead lighting letting you know you are receiving the wax that you pay for, the tire shine rollers not working therefore you are not getting that service to your vehicle, this being the most recent piece that is not working. Not to mention faded out signage and only one of the two lanes being open therefore making it longer to get through on a busy day. The last time I was there Alex was nice enough to offer me a bottle of tire shine I could apply to my tires myself. I hope someone will see this and make things right so I may continue doing business with them! The employees are attentive but upper management needs to spend money to make money. This was my first time to the ScrubADoo drive through car wash. Luckily it wasn't super busy. There were several basic options to choose from with extra upgrades you can add on. Most car washes pack us in bumper to bumper and that makes me nervous. I didn't notice that here, though I don't know if it was because they weren't super busy. As most car washes have free vacuums, so too does ScrubADoo. I might also add that the suction is impressive compared to others I've used. Such a plus! read more

I have been eyeing this place since it opened. It's on my way to and from work so I pass by it at least twice a day. I finally went and was pretty happy with the results. It is a "touch" car wash which is what I prefer. It cleans well and the dryers (as others mentioned) are strong. I didn't really get scrubbed down before I went in, it was more of a half-a** spray but the car wash itself did a good job so it wasn't a huge deal. I didn't try out the vacuums because I was in a hurry. The one thing I found slightly irritating is that the computer tries to upsell you to the unlimited monthly package but doesn't tell you the cost. I would have at least considered it but I had to choose an option without knowing the price. Also hard to make this choice with another car waiting behind you. Canceled both accounts today saving the $60 a month. Quality of wash ok minus the damage that was done to vehicle. My vehicle older but still...full service car wash shouldn't damage vehicle. Today was the last straw when pulled up and the attendant was speaking with another drive for a protracted period of time. One thing I always enjoyed was the convenience of pulling up and driving through because of the fast pass...unfortunately due to the other car gate being up and the conversation with the attendant I was stuck waiting...look give this incident the quality of the wash and damage done to my vehicle it was no longer worth paying when any gas station has a wash just as good. read more

One of the better car washes in the area - and I've been a regular to a bunch! I got the unlimited monthly package here, and I'm here at least 4 days a week. The employees personally spray and scrub each vehicle before it even enters the wash. I absolutely love the strength of the dryers on exit! Other places have left scratches on my car and the dryers were too weak that water would still be dripping off and leaving spots. Not here though! I also really love the strength of the vaccuums. I only took off one star at this point because, if you're the first one there in the morning, the water smells disgusting! That was a huge negative for me. It's only the one time I've noticed it though - I will likely update the review if it happens again. I don't think that one experience will stop me from coming again because, like I said, other places have scratched my new car! I'll keep monitoring and update as necessary. read more

So I've been going to the wash tub over on Culebra which was ok but even with the ridiculous amount of High Schoolers like over 15 running around and the expensive machine they still couldn't 1 get the dirt off, 2 get the soap off and 3 get the truck dry. So I sought out a new place and Scrub-A-Doo looked promising. They have 1 person spray down any dirt that's on your vehicle before you enter the wash, then you go through and get a wash, the waterfall and dryers at the end get all the water and soap off which is pretty impressive seeing as I drive a pretty big truck that always comes out wet and cover in soap. Very impressed and the price was amazing lowest price $6 highest $18. I will be coming here now from now on. read more

Worst carwash I've ever been to. This facility damaged my vehicle, and they are not taking responsibility for it. Terrible customer service. Instead of helping, they hung up on me several times, and refuse to even listen. Beware, you do not want to wash your vehicle here! read more

I was a little skeptical coming to Scrub-A-Doo the first time. I thought it was like all the other drive-through car washes. What made me come in was that my recently washed truck was the target of a flock of blackbirds. There were droppings all over the place, I didn't want to go back to the Wash-Tub and pay for a re-wash. I decided to try Scrub-A-Doo. After the wash, I parked and inspected the washing. To my surprise, it did a GREAT job. I am now a repeat customer at Scrub-A-Doo. I will not be renewing my membership at the overpriced Wash Tub. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

I've came here two or three times and on the fourth time i told myself that I should just buy a membership. I got a BOGO deal which worked out. I opted for the $18 wash which is $30/monthly. It'll pay off after two washes, but my car comes out really really great. The wash is thorough and the air dryers are very powerful. They have powerful free vacuums which is also a plus. I recommend this place as they're waaaay better than the wash tub. I will never go back to that place. I would give 5 stars, but I feel like the people who spray your car do a half a*s job and it seems kind of pointless IMO. read more

have been to this location twice and both times I have had a horrible experience.... "did you read the disclaimer!!!" .... a while back I had visited the new car wash and got the top of the line wash... I was so excited and dam the car was super clean but as we were just getting to the end before the blowers my windshield cracks... i avoided this place for a long time how upset ghat made me. then just yesterday on 2/27/21 due to spotty rain I said with great hesitation I'll just go get the 10 dollar wash to clean the car up. as I get to the first set of scrubbers on right side I hear a big snap... my mirror is flopping all over the place, I'm praying it holds on until the end. I park and wait for someone and finally I go and find an employee to speak to and he makes a little report but while doing all of this he assures me the help to fix will not happen...telling me "did you read the disclaimer?" (posted at entry of car wash after paying and 5 cars in line behind me) "any car older than 5 years" "components get old" like wth sir I'm asking for your help not a dam explanation as to why my car is worth NOTHING to This Car Wash. read more
