He dropped 3 tops and was looking for them (I assumed to insert which was not ok but luckily he didn't and opened a new one. He wasn't giving me straight answers or being super available so when I got a massage and they knocked the top off of my dermal which caused issues I ended up going to underground to get help! They were sooo kind and knowledgeable! Great atmosphere and way more knowledgeable! She helped explain why my experience was so bad and apologized that I experienced it! She also gave me the correct size gems so they wouldn't dig into my skin and actually sparkled!
