What's worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn't right, and the staff didn't seem to care. I had to produce all the addresses by hand to get the cards out. Every time I called to get the status, I was told they were short-handed. There was no concern about my deadline.
