Dr. Rubinetti's staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful in booking appointments . I love that Dr Rubinetti treats a wide variety of care from blood work, physicals, flu shots,diabetes,etc.i called him up gave him my symptoms over the phone he told me he thought i had shingles.He wanted me to come in immediately for test just in case so I could start meds ASAP. I was in his office within 3 hrs and diagnosed with shingles. I started the meds right away. ( extremely painful disease) For as long as I've been going to him he has always caught things early for me which I appreciate. I really have mixed reviews…read more My first visit was great. Prompt attention. Spent time with me and educated professional. This time around I went for pink eye. I was the only one in the office and brought back immediately. The technician took my vitals and I thought I would be in and out! I hear someone loudly talking outside the room about their weekend plans and their wife and kids. 20 minutes go by and I open the door to ask the technician if the doctor will see me soon and she pointed to the guy on the phone who even made eye contact with me and she said "when he is done with his calll". He made me wait an additional 10 minutes while he wrapped up sharing his stories. He came in looked at me and said I will call you in drops. Needless to say he never did and I had to follow up. I can take waiting and even following up for prescription but the inconsideration and power move he pulled on me is unprofessional and rude.

I have never had any of the three doctors or the staff be even the slightest bit rude. Never experienced a mistake from the doctors or staff, and never found the offices to be dirty. What really counts to me is this: Dr. Lander has caught several important things with my kids that their previous doctor either didn't notice, or chose to ignore. I have come in with treats for the office staff a couple of times and received hand-written thank you notes mailed to my home a couple days later (to this Southern Girl, a handwritten thank you note is as classy as it gets). I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Most important, I am convinced that the docs and staff in this office all have my kids' best interests at heart.

I was starting peri-menopause and he completely dismissed any of my concerns. Weight gain - told me to watch what I was eating, hair issues - I had a ferritin level of 8 and he never mentioned a thing, iron saturation of 5 - no wonder I was tired.
