They had a lot more dog items than any other item it seemed. There was rows and rows of dog toys, food, beds, accessories, etc. We went to the cat section after and there wasn't as many food options yet, but we saw a lot of the big named popular cat food anyway. We even found our brand that we use. The best part was walking over to the wet food. We found Tiki Cat wet food - hardest cat wet food to find anywhere. No one has it. We have checked the major pet stores and other stores we shop at as well. You can only buy it online and it is rated as one of the healthiest by multiple vets. We decided to buy the two different options to try it out and see if our cats love it. They had quite a few cat toys, and some really cheap options. Across from the food, near the register, we saw rice and mice for sale, super cheap. They were adorable. Right above them, they had cute birds. These are the only live animals they have in store - no dog/cat adoption. I really enjoyed two other sections of the store. The fish area surprised me with LED tanks or Glow tanks - something my little sister would love. Quite a few of them came with a set that included rocks and a few decorations, along with a filter. It makes it easier to have everything you need, and with different designs. I loved the rocks they had as well. Another section was the bird feeder area. They had really pretty bird feeders and large bags of different bird food. They also had tiny little hanging food items or discs that were super cheap. We saw gourmet food items for critters, including birds. I am excited to buy a few in the spring. I was amazed to see wildlife food, like corn, for deers. I did not expect to see it. The employees at the register are very friendly, and were happy to hear I was excited about the wet food options. I am hoping they will bring in different kinds in the future! Any trained groomer should know that whiskers are not cosmetic--they are vital sensory organs that help cats with balance, navigation, and emotional regulation. They should never be trimmed under any circumstance! I paid to have her professionally groomed so that this would not happen if I endeavored to do this at home. When I contacted the groomer about this, she was defensive and refused to take any responsibility. I had to take my cat to the vet due to the distress this caused her, and I politely asked the groomer to help cover the vet bill since this was clearly caused by her negligence. Instead of doing the right thing, she refused to reimburse anything and then told me not to contact her again. This is not just about a grooming mistake--it's about a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic animal welfare knowledge. A business that handles animals should care about their well-being, but that was not my experience here. I would absolutely not trust this groomer with any animal. If you love your pet, take them somewhere safe. They deserve better.
