I, too, called inquiring about the price of a dog wash. When told $45 (big dog) I, too, asked what that included and received the response, "everything." Since I know what that word means, I decided to just go ahead and book an appointment rather than launch an interrogation into the precise list of what is included in the subset of everything. I could not be more pleased at my decision to act on a good deal rather than try to force someone to conform to my notion of what their personality should be. I apparently lack the gene responsible for giftedness in the art of canine hygiene. I can bathe my dog all day long and there is not a single second where it doesn't still stink like a dog. I dropped my dog off for a few hours and when I came to pick her up, she didn't smell like a dog at all. For like two weeks! It was amazing! Not only that, but I had only recently acquired this dog, and knowing nothing about dogs other than that my kids wanted one, I was having some struggles. The owner showed me how to handle the leash and get her to walk properly, how to get her to stop jumping on people, and all manner of other things. In 10 minutes I learned so much about how to handle my dog. It was like watching every episode of the Dog Whisperer. But it didn't stop there. No no. My son came with me to pick up our dog and was very interested in the birds the owner has in the shop, along with a dog she was working with. She probably talked to him for another 20 minutes about how she was training this dog and about the birds and even took one of the birds out for him to hold. Puppy Cuts leaves nothing to be desired in terms of price, quality, or friendly service. If you're someone who is perpetually grumpy and displeased, Puppy Cuts probably isn't going to be able to help with that. I don't think that's one of the services they offer. But if you're looking for a great, affordable place to give your dog a thorough cleaning, they can and will definitely help with that. read more

Unbelievable!!! I brought my dog here because I thought she was able to do a good job while when I went to go pick up my dog she was trying to send me off with a dog that was not mine. My wife and I were adamant and telling her that the dog she was giving to us was not our dog and we could hear our dog crying in one of the kennels. She did not want to allow my wife to see if that was our dog in the kennel. She almost did not allow my wife to see what dog was back there crying when my wife told her that was our dog. Once she showed us the dog in the kennel we knew that was our dog and groomed and still dirty. When she gave us a dog she tried to apologize and say I thought that was your dog. Even though we were consistent on saying this dog was not ours. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Do not do not take a dog there!!! She should not be in business! read more

‼‼‼If you love your dog DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Our dog was TRAUMATIZED and was SCARED FOR HER LIFE after taking her here!!!!!!!!!!!!! She would not want to get out from under the bed for 3 days!!!! Lord knows what she was doing to my baby. she also made us wait alll day to get her!!! It doesn't take all day to groom a dog no matter what. Several people I know that have gone to her say the same thing! Their poor dogs have been traumatized as well. I was also told she was spotted around town digging in trash bins. Be careful with her and PLEASE REPORT HER for animal abuse and her business so she can get shut down immediately. Take your dog to the groomers next to Dragon Garden instead. They are super sweet there and I have not had any issues. read more

If I could write zero stars I would. We left our German shepard with her for training, which cost us $250.00. Not only didn't she not train our dog, but she never gave our dog back. She asked us to leave her kennel, food, and her food bowls-never got it back. When we went to go pick up our dog she made us wait for her and then later made an excuse that she wasnt going to open that day. We've tried to contact her numerous times and she is no longer picking up. I've never had awful service like this place. Do not take your dogs here!! read more

If I could give this lady zero stars I would ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN HER BUSINESS! I made an appointment for my golden retriever at 12pm just for a bath no extra anything later that day TAMMY called me at 2pm ish asking if she can shave behind her ears to which I replied yes ( because it was very tangled ) at 3pm I got a call saying she was ready to be picked up I was near by only taking me about 3 minutes to get to her but when I got there the whole place was dark and empty I patiently waited for about 15 minutes before calling then no answer I waited some more trying over and over to call and get ahold of this bitch but that quickly turned Into AN HOUR AND A HALF I stayed in my car waiting going back and forth from the door knocking but STILL NO ANSWER I even went the store next door asking if they knew how to get ahold of this lady but they said no shortly after I realized this lady was trying to steal my dog after calling her phone over 50 times and threatening to get the cops involved she finally came running to open the door SHE WASNT EVEN IN THE BUILDING! I finally got my dog back but this lady DIDNT EVEN GROOM HER SHE JUST LEFT HER ALONE IN THE BUILDING IN A CAGE IN THE FUCKING DARK FOR 4 1/2 HOURS ALONE I RECEIVED MY DOG BACK DIRTY AND VERY DEHYDRATED!! As soon as I got home my dog wouldn't stop drinking water ! SHE HAD NO INTENTION OF GROOMING HER and SHE LIED ! We took our Golden Retriever and she did a HORRIBLE job on him! They only need a trim around their ears, paws and tail/butt. She shaved the back of his ears, cut off all the hair from his hind legs and chopped of pieces here and there! He didn't even smell clean! Then she asked if he had been bathed before because she had some trouble with him. We've always taken him to Pet Smart and never had an issue we decided to take him here because it's closer but NEVER again! I wish she would've been honest and told us she didn't know how to groom that breed. Poor Max was shaking when we picked him up. read more

We called to ask them for pricing. Girl was so un-professional and would not answer our questions properly. I won't go to a place where they are rude to begin with. We asked how much a cut was. "$35" she said. We asked what it included. "Everything." We said Nails? "Yes." We said ears? "Yeah" like a stone, just dead responses no feeling or ambition. Excellent groomer. Great with the animals. You can tell she has a love for them. Great prices. My dog was only $35, of course she was well behaved and not in horrible condition. It did take hours before she was ready but it was a Saturday and my spot was late in the day. Next time I will try to book early in the day. My dog came out look great. I recommend!! read more

They keep my dog there for 7 hours to call & say that there was no electricity so they couldn't cut her hair. As is they usually take about 7 damn hours! Horrible service, very unprofessional. The son looks like some tweaker. Def won't be taking my dog back! It was only convenient because I live in Dinuba but I'd rather take the time to take them to K&S in kingsburg where there is a better environment and they don't keep my dog all day! read more

She was rude and tried to bump the price up on us she had my dog for 6 hours I called after the forth for her only to say she hadn't even stared working on my poor baby yet and once we finally got her back she looked chopped up like the job was rushed.
