Love these folks and so does our Tillie! I felt bad leaving her but then she gets so excited to play when we pull in!

I will tell everyone Mickey is our other child and he has been going to Puppy Paradise in Blakely for 5 years at a minimum of 3 days a year. They treat Mickey wonderful he is always happy to go but happy when we pick him up. I have to say I am happy that they don't call right back because that means they are taking care of our pets and that is their main job. If something is wrong they will call ASAP. I love that they do get back to you and they are OUTSTANDING. read more

My dog has been going to daycare at Puppy Paradise for a few months now, a few times a week. She is always very excited to go and is always in a good mood and happy when I pick her up. She stayed for a few days this past week. She was happy and healthy when I picked her up. They even gave her a bath. I did make sure I payed for the daycare package while she was staying. read more

When we went on vacation we left our puppy who is becoming a little old man with Puppy Paradise. To note we have left him here before with no issues, but since our guy is getting older and has some issues we wanted to check in before we were out of the area with no service. We call twice to check on him and NO answer, left TWO voice mails and NO ONE returned our call, never had a missed call, message etc.... We called a local friend and ask him to stop by to check on our boy. He did and thank God he was ok, but when we went to pick him up I mentioned this to the girl checking us out. She said yeah we got your call, but we were busy. Again she said WE WERE BUSY... I told her I was unhappy that no one returned my call and that we had to send someone to check in was not right and to please let the owner/manager aware. OMG really - I am trusting you with my pet who I love more than most humans and you can't call me for 30 seconds to tell me he is fine and is adjusting or if there was an issue. We never did hear from the Manager/Owner so I am assuming the girl never passed our comments. I wasn't sure I was going to post this, but with them opening another location I thought I should say something. If you are too busy to reassure a pet owner you might want to look at your current situation at your location(s). read more
