The next afternoon right before my ship set sail I get a phone call telling me my pets were infested with fleas. My pets DO NOT have fleas. Of course at this point they know it's impossible for me to pick them up. They charged me an extra $188 dollars for s flea treatment that was either never performed or performed on pets whom did not have fleas. When I picked up my pets there were no bites on any of them. If there was an infestation I'm sure there would still be some kind of evidence. Please be aware and bring proof from your vet that your pets don't have fleas. I have learned a very valuable lesson.

They responded with " we aren't going to make any special accommodations for you"... Extremely horrible customer service... This business has no idea what they are doing and have no idea how to treat customers, especially the ones that give them so much business... The " owners" of this business also complained about the hours we needed and our dog needing medication, yet.. they are dog sitters! Thats their job! They don't know how to run a "business". I would NOT recommend and would rather have my dogs watch each other than to use them again...
