Perla looked very hard to find the boot based on my description only since I didn't have the item # or SKU. To my surprise, Perla found the boot and went above and beyond by offering to transfer the boot from Delaware to my local store, and Tom (Delaware store manager) was EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure that the boots arrived in only a few days. This store's customer service is on the level of Chick-Fil-A...I give it five stars!!!
