Paragon Water in Tucson and their corporate office have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've experienced poor service, poor craftsmanship, and terrible customer service from the very beginning. Paragon hired a contractor to install a water system in our home. That installation led to water damage, and a separate repair company was brought in to fix the problem. That repair company has refused to complete the job because Paragon hasn't paid them. I've made repeated calls and complaints to Paragon, but no one has taken responsibility or resolved the issue. I even had to threaten legal action to get any sort of response. Meanwhile, the damage remains unfinished and corporate has done nothing to make it right. This is a company that clearly doesn't stand behind its work or pay its bills. Their communication is poor, their customer service is worse, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you value your home and your peace of mind, avoid Paragon Water at all costs. read more

We just had our system installed and I am blown away at the great employees and practices of this company, both the salesman (Rick Smith) and the installer (Roman) were super polite, ON TIME (actually Roman showed up early) and explained everything before they even did anything, Rick was a wealth of knowledge and never pushed us to buy which is why we did. After living in Marana for over three years, I finally pulled the trigger on getting a whole-house water treatment system. From start to finish (getting a quote, having my water tested, and the system installation), the entire process only took a couple of days, and now my system is in place and operational. Rick was very friendly while we talked about this system. I had contacted him after looking into this. I got the whole house system and the under sink reverse osmosis drinking water system. Haven't had it long but looking forward to drinking water with out having to lug around 5 gallon bottles of water. And will see if it really descales my pipes. But for now very happy with my decision and not wasting water with my softener recharging self and not using electricity. I was scheduled the first day I was available, and Zeke showed up a few minutes early. I was ready for him and he was very friendly and explained to me what he would be doing. I watched him do the installation, and he was done in about 1 1/2 hours, and the water was only off for about 20 minutes. The whole process was quick and efficient. I had a water clarification system installed to replace a salt based softener system. Luis was incredibly professional and took the time to answer questions.
