Sergio Peña did an outstanding job for us. He responded immediately to my call and arrived within 45 minutes! He discover the clog (which was our fault of course,lol!), determined the course of action and went to work. Sergio was very informative to us as he worked along and explaining everything. His work clean and efficient! And his rates was more than affordable. He ended up having to Hydo-Flush our entire system but that was ok. Our system was 99.9% cleaned out! Sergio even discovered two possible shortfalls with two of the three toilets caused by the builder of our home which I will take up with them in a couple days! OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. My plumbing has been slow since I moved into my duplex 3 years ago. Sergio has come out twice. This time he found the pipes filled with a black sludge with he told my landlord was oil or grease and food. Because of that report I am now evicted from a home I rent and pay rent on time for 3 years. I was easily able to google this slime is caused by years of buildup. I have never poured anything into my drain. Thanks On The way plumbing for not knowing anything about plugs and causing me to lose my home. The previous tennant had the same issue and the blockages happened every few months. EDIT: The plumber is claiming I was already evicted and this is absolutely not ture. I was told they would not renew my lease based only on the ongoing frequent plumbing issues and Sergio claming I was 100% to blame. I have been at my present appartment since January-9 months) and have not had plumbing issues. Previously to this, I lived at my other duplex for 12 years without issues. I absolutely did not abuse or missuse the plumbing. My 0 star rating stands for Sergio getting me kicked out of a home I did not want to leave. Also, I wanted 9 days for On The Go to come out, twice.
