This is absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE in a medical facility. Still waiting to hear from them for a message I left 2 weeks ago. If I could give this location a 0 I would. I normally go to the midtown location. However, due to…read morean emergency on my Dr's part I was rescheduled at this location. I was given an incorrect address for this office by the front desk staf. I called from the parking lot to verify the address, was put on hold ( apparently the person who answered didn't know the address ot where their office was in relation to the hospital). They are right next door. She put me on hold and never returned to answer the call. When I finally did find the office, I was late for my appointment. There was NO ONE IN THE LOBBY (patients) I explained my situation to the receptionist. The older lady automatically said I had to reschedule. They didn't even offer to check with the practitioner or to reschedule my appointment. They were very dismissive and rude. I am certainly glad that I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS OFFICE ON A REGULAR BASIS.
