I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 11:30 I got there at 11:15 the man at the front desk took my key immediately and said he would take it back and get them started on it. At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted. You have my number if you wanted to make this right otherwise I will be posting this on social media and telling everyone I can just how bad you all are. read more

WOW!! I won't go into detail as there would be too much to be thankful for. Let me just say the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding! I had an issue with a tire leaking as my family and I were traveling through town. The friendly smiles were great and I was put back in my vehicle in under 10minutes. My family has been bringing vehicles here for years, but today reminded me of the exceptional customer service this particular location has! Mr. Gary Peters took extra time to fix an issue that had been created by the dreadful "Wal-Mart" oil & lube center... My husband and I have lived in multiple states b/c of our jobs- so sometimes Wal-Mart is our only option. Gary took extra time to explain the issue as well as our options and went above and beyond for me to make sure my vehicle was repaired CORRECTLY! We were weary travelers some twelve hours from home and headed to a family Independence Day weekend. We realized something was wrong with our tires--they were much noisier than they should have been--and decided to stay at a local inn. We decided not to risk a blow-out, so we found that Purcell was less than a mile away. The mechanic went on a ride with me, diagnosed the probable causer, put it up a rack and showed that there was uneven wear -- "cupping". A second mechanic checked the alignment, and took it for a second drive to verify the first. After this, he raised it on the rack and checked wheel bearings just to be certain. Unfortunately, they just didn't have our size in stock and we couldn't wait for them to get any ordered.
