At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted. You have my number if you wanted to make this right otherwise I will be posting this on social media and telling everyone I can just how bad you all are.

I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.

When I inquired how long it would take was told it would be a few hours. I told the owner Ron thanks but I'd just mosey down the road and hope I'd make it. He told me to drive up to the bay and they would fit me in since it was just one tire. They got my spare tire mounted on rim and had me on my way in 20 minutes. Ray didn't want me driving on a bad tire. Excellent customer service wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again truly good folks and a family run business. Thanks Roy much appreciated.
