This used to be a train station property and now it has a new ownership flagship. I was not happy about paying $18 for the supreme wash and I was even unhappier went to my surprise they don't dry your car off with the towels anymore. So 18 bucks to run through the machine and slap some tire shine on. It does allow you to drive around to the inside and they do have towels and very good vacuums to do the rest of the work yourself. If I knew that I had to dry my car off myself I would have just washed it at home in the driveway since that's half the job. They have some memberships here that I need to look into that involve unlimited washes but maybe if you don't have a place to wash your car it's a great deal for you but I'll either be going to the train station or just do it myself. read more

This is a very attentive and professional shop. Their "Purcellville Special" includes both a exterior wash and interior detailing for a very reasonable price. I've been back a few times. I usually go doing a weekday when most everyone else is at work so I usually am in and out pretty quickly. I do recommend this shop for courteous staff and quality wish at an affordable price. read more

For the first time ever in my life I took my car to be detailed. I basically use my car as a farm vehicle... But it had gotten out of hand. The dirt, the Gravel, the sticks, the spills, the Rocks, the wood chips.... More like a trash can. So I took it to the Auto wash. Presented quite a challenge. They did an amazing job! It took two and a half hours. They got everything except for the battery acid that I spilled on the backseat... But they used every chemical in their arsenal to try to get it out. Very poor service. It is very obvious that the suds and rinse were cut substantially. There is no more towel dry, or interior cleaning service. There is only a vacuum self service. The cost of service has increased. When I got home from my wash, there was soap film all over the side of my vehicle from not being thoroughly rinsed and required further clean up. Flagship purchased all car washes in NOVA to cut the competition and provide a lower standard of carwashes. Will not be using this service any longer. read more

I'm not sure how honest/effective this car wash is. I paid $28 for a car wash with all the bells and whistles including rain and tire treatment as well as a wax. I was literally in the wash bay for about a minute. How on earth can all that get done in such a short period of time?! Also, I had 3 people drying my car at the end. They left dirt and streaks all over the back hatch, back window, and rear bumper. They didn't even bother cleaning up my license plate. Not worth the $$$. read more

Hours of operation don't reflect when they are staffed. Showed up over an hour before closing and was told no more interior cleaning because everyone left. No option for just an interior cleaning. When they're open they do a nice job on the interior albeit it is more expensive than the station wash in Leesburg. Exterior wash is fast and leaves a lot of streaks. read more

Not only are the car wash style great but the staff here is amazingly nice, the line was pretty long due to winter snow, it took me 10mins to get my car wash, but my car came out beautifully clean and shiny:)) plus friendly staffs here take care of the customers so well. It's worth to pay for a visit even there is a long line waiting outside. read more

I had my Tahoe detailed here. Cost was $135 and I think it was worth every penny! The employees are very nice and helpful, and my car was extra stained in the carpet because of the previous owner. They got out most of the stains and it smells great in my car now! They have also done a regular wash on my fiance's car and they did an excellent job as well. No complaints! read more

Used to come here 2-3 times a month. Went in today and discovered it under new ownership. They don't wipe down your car anymore and they don't offer interior cleaning anymore. We paid $22 for an exterior wash only. Super disappointed. Guess we need to find a place in Leesburg now. read more

Pulled in at 4:25pm today and was refused interior services. Was told I could have a voucher to come back for interior services. I decided not to get any services and left. Drove to Station Auto Wash in Leesburg. Pulled in at 4:45 and was greeted nicely and of course said they could do interior service for me. So Station Auto Wash is my new place. I had the Interior detail service which includes the Purcellville Special done on my car today. They did an excellent job!! I highly recommend taking your car there. The staff is great and they made my 2012 Honda Fit look brand new!! I only wish I had done it sooner. The only small complaint I have is that the rear windows would not roll down to dry out the interior of the car, until the car was completely dry inside. This was no big deal. I am only mentioning it in case others notice it with their cars. I will definitely be taking my car back here often!! read more

Giving it 2 stars because I know how great it used to be. What appears to be a lack of routine maintenance is leaving 1/2 the soap tubes clogged and not even working. The soap used to be thicker also. They must be trying to save money by using a watered down product. After ownership changed, the place has went downhill. Guess I'll have to go back to making the drive to Leesburg to get a good wash. Sad. read more

We recently visited this car wash after driving down to North Carolina and back. When I entered I asked about an external wash only. Paid $13. Then you go through thinking it will work, then pay another $6.00 to the jerks drying off your car and drive home only to to see none of the bugs and road grime off the front windshield or hood! Beautiful facility accompanied by friendly staff makes this a great place to get your car washed. This is the only car wash in the area I can take my lowered car to. Other local washes have a ride height limit due to the track type. Due to the dual wash tunnel, average wait time is very low compared to other washes in the area. read more

They scratched my window tint with multiple long deep scratches from the rag that they dried my truck off with. I noticed more scratches on my paint but I cannot be sure it wasn't from something else. The tint definitely didn't have the scratches prior so I submitted a damaged report and was told I'd be called back. I've made several attempts to get ahold of the owner; however I'm apparently being ignored. I'm definitely disappointed and now have to pull the $200 tint off.
