I was lucky enough to have found Bobby, Colleen and the Marchesiello team. As housing is being volatile and is in a transition phase from a buyers market to sellers market with interest rates at its peak in over 2 decades, I interviewed multiple realtors. The Marschesiello team was prompt with their responses, follow up, market data, service, their process, recommendations and last but not least, understanding what was important to me. I went against their recommendation as I was willing to take a risk of not having an offer on the home within their allotted number of days based on their historical experience. If I had listened, I probably would have sold the home faster but I wasn't sure at that time and was testing the market. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Bobby and their entire team. If we ever need to sell/buy a home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes =). Note they have a separate realtor if you are buying vs. selling. I have used other agents in the past and the Marschesiello team provided the best experience and will not look anywhere else for my future realtor needs! We worked with Joanne for well over a year only to find out that we would not be unable to get a…read moremortgage for the home we wanted because it was a double wide trailer.... That was a question that was NEVER asked by Joanne, and we had no idea to would be an issue because we have never tried to buy a home before and were relying on her expertise. We lost over $8000 because we paid for all the engineers and estimates that Joanne told us we needed. That's $8000 we can never get back OR use toward another purchase or build...... The real punch in the gut?? When we were treated as if this was something we should have known or disclosed and it was OUR fault. We handed over everything they asked for, filled out all the paper work asked, did EVERYTHING they asked us to, only to have them treat us as if WE did something wrong. The only thing we did wrong was relying on this company. OH! And let's not forget the bill we later received from them....... even though we couldn't obtain a mortgage to buy/renovate our home...... and were already out over 8 grand......real nice..... my recommendation? Communication was inconsistent, important details were not disclosed, and the overall experience caused me significant frustration and financial concern.
