But within a couple weeks of completing the job I started to see something weeping through the grout, it kept spreading. I called and Hinman returned and used my leftover tile to fix the problem, unfortunately it didn't stop! It was coming out everywhere. Soon I could no longer get anyone to answer my calls! I finally had to give up because I had no money to take them to court. This is how my shower looks now. It leaks now too. And I still don't have the money to redo it! I just had to replace the toilet and of course it cost me more because they didn't install the toilet properly and the seal failed because they just globed a bunch of silicone and it rotted. I had raw sewage leaking for at least a year! Cost me $800. To repair! Stay away!! If they make a mistake they will blow you off!!
