First time ever going out to purchase water this way. I came in with a few 5 gallon bottles ready to stock up. Not sure I am a fan of the health hype involving alkaline water, but it certainly tastes better so I justify the slight price difference. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a very upset and unfriendly employee. I tried to change the environment by greeting her with a smile but she wasn't having it. She responded with, "what are you getting". Then "put your bottles on the cart". She was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Purchasing the water at the counter was just as short. I don't see myself coming back here as it was really uncomfortable. On a positive note this was probably one of the best waters I've ever tried. The price was also great. First time in the store recently and I was not greeted. So I went in there to get water thought that I can do it on my own because there is another location I go to where we just fill the bottles on our own the man that was there was really rude to me did not explain to me the process and I told him that I've not been here before. Instead of explaining how this location works he proceeded to fill my bottle and put in on the cart. I asked can I take the cart outside to my car because the other location allows me to. Again, instead of explaining the rules here he asked for you need help? Honestly, that's not my ideal of customer service. The other place greeted us, asked if it was our first time and explained the difference of waters we can choose from, gave us a taste and even explained how to fill on our own, pay and feel free to take the cart to your trunk. Needles to say, I won't be returning to this location. Hope they read this review and do better. read more

Been here 3 or four times now and each time I get great service. I mainly stop in to refill my gallon water bottle before heading to the gym next door. The water tastes excellent! It's clean with no chlorine after taste or film left behind. This might sound weird, but I actually want to drink more of this water because it tastes that good. It usually takes me 24 hours to finish a gallon of filtered tap water, but this water I can finish in 12 hours no problem. This afternoon I visited the Pure Alkaline Store. The owner Baba greeted me with a welcoming smile, then proceeded to answer my barrage of questions. I have recently been learning about the benefits of Alkaline water and thus had purchased some "9.5 plus" waters from a few grocery stores. When I tested the store waters, none of them came close to 9.0 let alone 9.5. Baba's water tested at 9.5! YAY. Baba is particular about the cleanliness of his store. Thus, it is not a fill-your-own bottle place. You can bring your own bottle, but he will fill it for you. I look forward to my next visit there. read more

Great establishment! They provide a very clean atmosphere, great tasting water and great sanitary protocols. Unfortunately there's a female employee that conducts herself with a very bad, piss poor attitude. To the point that I won't return. The gentleman that usually works there is seems like stand up guy and I believe is the owner but sometimes your only as good as your weakest link. Didn't like the guy so much. He started making fun of the fact that I was trying to push the door open with my legs. He also made fun of others doing the same. He didn't really have his mask on right, didn't cover his nose. Some other guy came in an started talking about the virus and how it doesn't even have a death rate of .0000something (not true) and that he goes to the hospital almost everyday. Not sure why since he works at a gym I guess but not my business. (Ugh at that point though I started to just feel nervous being around there.) Rather not go to a place with a guy that doesn't take this seriously. I mean he hears the guy say he goes to the hospital everyday and he's talking to the guy next to where he is pouring my water. He has a tape on the floor for what I assume is to keep customers from crossing, but he lets him cross anyways. The guy I guess notice he was too close went to go set down continue to talk and then gets up goes back close to him again to talk and then goes outside to his truck for change or something, but I left before he came back inside. At that point a guy that saids he goes to the hospital everyday touched the door a few times. Was next to were he was pouring my water. And he wasn't wearing his mask right. read more
