My cousin and I met for brunch at +Bake Café. For a restaurant that offers food, there was very limited seating and no sense of order. For instance, there were groups that came after me who rushed for the table and didn't even order for a long time. Even when we pointed it out, the restaurant didn't care. Honestly if they waited, the folks who came first would have been done with their food by the time their food comes out. Total chaos. Also they ask their guests to put away their own food. The guests before us didn't so I had to clean up the table myself. My cousin has a health issue where the outdoor heat isn't good for her so I had to be a vulture with these tables. Sigh. And in general I know she prefers the cuteness of the indoors. I wanted to get the Take Ur Seat Salad, but they would only add chicken to it when I wanted a different protein. Honestly I'm not sure what's so hard about throwing on a different protein. But they let me do the rice bowl and substitute the rice with salad... Honestly isn't it easier to let me do the salad and add protein? So my cousin and I both got the Rice Bowl ($15.95) with the Longanisa. My cousin had hers normal with the rice and I had the salad substitute. For those unfamiliar longanisa is a sweet and savory sausage. The food tasted decent but the portion is really small for the pricing. There was barely any egg. Not a very satisfying meal. The experience isn't enjoyable enough for me to come back and I feel like the portions are small. It might be a good spot to pick up coffee for the road, but not a sit down brunch.

We visited one morning around 8:30 and they were not too busy. There are a few tables inside, some with barstools, some along a bench. Those were actually quite uncomfortable , because the bench seemed higher than the table. The interior design is cute and everything was clean. Our order: Strawberry matcha latte with oat milk $8 plus $1 extra for the oat milk Mexican side car, hot $ 6.50 Pistachio croissant $5.50 Almond croissant $5.00 The flavor of the drinks was good, but I found $9 for a regular sized matcha latte expensive. Both croissants had a good amount of filling and were really good.

The Pandan latte and the Spanish latte were both good. I asked for the pandan latte less sweet, I don't like super sweet coffee if I order a sweet pastry with it. The honey miso croissant was really good, the miso was light and not strong. The Nutella croissant was rich and generously filled. The pistachio croissant was a favorite, tasted like baklava and a croissant combined. The breakfast sandwich was generous in portion, creamy sauce was not very spicy, just a touch, rich cheese and bacon with eggs that were light and fluffy. The potato's that came with it were the crispiest home fries, definitely deep fried. The chicken bowl had a good kick, one that builds and creeps up on you. Don't come here if you are on a diet.

Lovely cafe with the cutest interior! They have lots of yummy drink and snack options including their popular pandan latte! I was a big fan of their pandan matcha, hojicha latte, and garlic cream cheese crossaint! Great study spot with WiFi but outlets weren't working when we were there! Plenty of parking too!

Take Ur Seat's little cafe tucked into the depths of Rancho Cucamonga. There are only five tables inside and a couple outside. It's counter service but they bring the food out to you when you dine in. My tofu and mushroom bowl was very filling. I ask for some of the green chili that they put on a different dish because it's soooo good. Not spicy btw it's just flavorful. The pork belly in the belly2belly bowl is soft and basically melts in your mouth. Matcha did the job, wasn't bad but not daily fix worthy. TUS is one of those places where I always end up meeting someone for brunch who hasn't been because it's something different. That being said, each time I've been to TUS Too, the service got worse each visit. It was so bad I told myself to never go back and was very reluctant to even give the cafe a shot. Jon, our barista, was super friendly and personable. He turned my beef with TUS around and redeemed the brand for me.

My husband and I have been here twice so far. We came during their soft opening and got a variety of baked goods including cookies and basque cheesecake slices. It's super casual where you order first and can sit down at one of their indoor or outdoor tables. The second time we came for breakfast. The service was very friendly when I asked for some recommendations. I ended up ordering the avocado toast and pandan latte and my husband got the breakfast sandwich and strawberry matcha. We also got a couple croissants and brought them home for later. We will definitely return for breakfast/brunch again and next time will bring our dogs since they have tables outside.

TUS now brings us +Bake Cafe! What a cute place this is! Love the decor and the verse on the wall! I was greeted upon arrival and helped shortly thereafter. I had been wanting to try their strawberry matcha for a while now. Ordered it with almond milk. It was delicious, refreshing, and beautiful! Would love to see them add coconut milk as an additional alternative! Also decided to grab an Ube Toffee Cookie as well as a Chocolate Nutella Croissant, which they heated up for me. Wow! Delicious, but very rich, so the cookie will be saved for later lol! Will have to come back here for a remote work session at some point. Very welcoming and quiet atmosphere!

Great cafe with pretty interior . The drink I decided to get was the strawberry matcha with whole milk and it was delicious. The matcha wasn't as creamy as other matchas I have had but the flavor was there . Service was good too

Stopped in for breakfast on Sunday morning. The pastries in the display case looked so delicious and I think my husband's eyes were bigger than his stomach, as he got a sea salt walnut cookie, garlic cream cheese croissant AND their pork belly rice bowl. He opted for the honey citron ginger tea, which is said is a tiny serving & he downed it in a few sips. I had the iced pandan Jasmine sweetea, which was sweet & refreshing; and the longonisa rice bowl, which was served with scrambled eggs & cucumber/tomato....one of my favorite Filipino breakfasts! The bowl portions are fairly large, and easily shareable. Orders are picked up to the left of the counter; and you bus your own dishes after dining.

I absolutely love coming to +Bake Cafe on Baseline; it's such a nice restaurant with a cozy vibe and great service every time. The food is consistently delicious, and I've really enjoyed exploring their menu with the savory pork belly and longganisa plates. I always make sure to grab a miso butter croissant or some spam musubi to go because they are just that good. While the food is great, their drinks are even more delicious and truly stand out. My absolute favorite is their matcha latte, which is perfectly balanced and high-quality. This has quickly become my go-to spot in Rancho Cucamonga for a solid meal and a great caffeine fix!

I love going on food adventures so I can discover places like this where they throw out the traditional idea of what is good and just throw curve balls at you. Case in point, the caramel gochujang cookie. Yep.. you did not read it wrong. It's sweet and spicy at the same time and so delicious. I was actually eying the miso butter croissant but when I saw the cookie, just had to try it. I paired it with an unsweetened matcha latte. It was also very good and has a slight hint of pandan. This place is out of the way for me, but I would totally come back and try more of their menu items. Causal. Good service. Easy parking. There is indoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure.

These mochi waffles were fire. Really crispy exterior but soft and chewy inside. The waffle themselves didn't really taste like ube but that's alright. The ube cream on the other hand. Wow. Cream me up. Super fluffy, not too sweet, perfect complement for the waffles. Not a huge fan of the mochi bites on the waffle but it was chill. The other pastries/cakes were good as well. Gotta try their savory brunch stuff next.

Ambiance was extremely cute & service was great! Honey miso croissant was delish , I'd get it again. I had the pandan latte with oatmilk & I returned it for a strawberry matcha. Honestly was not too thrilled about any of the drinks & will opt for an iced tea for my last attempt if I come back.

The only reason I cannot give a 5 is when I came for lunch on a weekday I noticed no one at the counter while I ate. Some people came and walked out because no one greeted them.
