Upon completion of the work I drove away with the same two problems and I paid $270.00 to not fix them. They did however offer to fix the problems for another $600.00. So basically for a total of about $900.00 but they guaranteed it would be fixed, I would hope so for that amount of money. The manager also said that anywhere else it would cost upwards of $1200.00 to fix these problems as he has seen them before. I declined his offer and instead took him up on the offer to refund me my money. Long story short I took it to Pure Audio in Courtenay and they fixed both problems for $285,00. I am very disappointed in my local business as I do believe in shopping and purchasing locally, however it did not work for me this time.

Madman was priced nearly $200 more than everyone else. I had it installed by them and they used the wrong dash kit and told me to come back another time to pay more for right dash kit. wires hanging out of dash. the competitors prices after install and a way better deck ( AND ONLY ONE TRIP) id still save $100 going to competitors with a deck that cost $100 more than one i have now. Madman use to be the place . . . when i was like 7 years old. they just cant compete now. if service was better maybe, but honestly service was the worst part about whole transaction.
