I am so glad that one of my best friends introduced me to Pure Barre! It has made such a positive impact on my life since I started going to the classes a few months ago. I love that I am able to get a full body workout in such a short amount of time, however, Pure Barre is so much more than just a workout to me. It has also become my daily dose of "me time" where I am solely focusing on the exercises in class, the movements of my body, and where I can take my "deepest breath of the day." It is so refreshing to walk into the studio and instantly feel as if all my worries and negative thoughts can be left at the door. The instructors are always so positive and the happiness is contagious. The support of the instructors and the results that I have already noticed are my motivation to keep going back. Pure Barre is a true practice of the mind and body that I have never been able to achieve in any other fitness class. I came to Pure Barre Billings in September of last year looking for a workout that provided a more intimate environment as opposed to the big box gym setting I had been donating my money to each month but never actually attending. Pure Barre was love at first tuck for me. I have never committed to a workout before like I have this one. I'm now over 100 classes in and much stronger, toned, and confident than just 9 months ago. I love the supportive community of clients and the instructors who are so passionate about what they do every day. I love that the technique is always evolving and I never get bored. I'm constantly challenged but my body gets stronger with consistent attendance. I love that there is now a cardio component so it truly provides me everything I'm looking for in a workout. I've always been a pretty athletic person, but had fallen into a pit. I couldn't motivate myself at the gym, even working with a trainer got old. I gave Pure Barre a try and I was hooked! It's so much fun and an insane workout. I love that there's structure to the class, but that there's still an unexpected aspect to every workout. I know I'll be working thighs after arms, but I don't know which exercise the instructor will pick. I also love the instructors so much! Every single one is so good at leading the whole class, while also paying attention to everyone on a more individual level to make sure that you're not only doing the exercise correctly, but also so that you're being encouraged to keep kicking butt! After injuring my hamstring I had been looking for a full-body workout that was low impact yet challenging enough to keep my interest. I decided to give Pure Barre Billings a chance. After sweating and shaking throughout my first class I knew that this was exactly what I had been looking for! After one week I was completely hooked. The workouts are challenging and constantly changing so you never get bored. The instructors are also amazing and really keep you motivated throughout the whole class. I LOVE Pure Barre! It's a great workout and every class is different, yet still challenging. At least one part of my body is sore after every workout BUT it's the good kinda sore that reminds you your body is changing for the better. It used to be tough to find the motivation to go to the gym after work but with Pure Barre there are plenty of class times to choose from and by scheduling my classes early I can keep my self accountable. I love Pure Barre! I've been going a little over a month now and I'm hooked. The ladies are so encouraging and definitely help you get the most out of each class. I started to take Pure Barre classes less than 90 days ago. Since then, Pure Barre classes have been the best workout in a sense that I can see the shape changes in my body. In addition, focusing on my self for 60 minutes with awesome musics and small; but, powerful movements lift my mood and self-confidence. I get stronger and stronger every class.
