Rather, uncoordinated. Clumsy...) It's the best all around workout my body has ever had and that I've been consistent with! It makes me feel better, physically as well and general emotional/stress relief. No judgement zone-all shapes -sizes -ages -ethnicities -gender -abilities-politics.... all are welcome. But really, they are. A good place for a laugh, a hello, to challenge yourself, or just get out of your head for an hour. A place to breathe. My day is always better w a class here! It's just fun.

The restroom is minimally clean and the shower is gross. The gym floor has used used machines. The down side the owner does everything via Facebook, messenger and email. That includes membership. They are out of key fobs so any new members will need to wait till they get news ones. The owner doesn't really post what's happening on social media. THey will put a note on the door when you arrive the gym. But am thankful for a gym just wish they would take more pride in the up keep especially for their members.

For the kids to go down the slide (which was the only reason my son wanted to book his bday party here) they had to take a swim test. which all the kids could stand and have there head above water so not sure why a swim test was needed. we were told by the host that they would come get us 15 prior to have the kids take their swim test but she didn't come until 5 min til and they didn't start until 3.It took 25 min to get all 20 kids tested leaving us 35 min for the kids to swim. No one knew anything. host had to ask manager and Manager had to call someone else. the kiddy area was gated off with brown stuff at the bottom ...gross. Worst experience. If you're looking for a place to hold a party I would highly recommend picking any other place in Clarksville.
