Theresa geared each move to everyone's ability offering props and support for different moves. Theresa showed patience with us beginners while still maintaining a beneficial class for the more advanced students. The facility was clean and very pleasant. They have everything you could need. My instructor, Sam, kicks my ass every class without me even knowing. I don't really sweat during class but then my whole body is sore the next day (sorcery!). I had a private session first and then signed up for a pack of 10 TWS classes. The only thing I wished they had was a better scheduling system where I can go in to see which classes I've attended/missed. They charge for missed TWS classes, which is fine and I understand why they do that. But it'll help hold both parties accountable (myself and Boston Pilates) if I can visually see which classes I've missed and need to make up. There's no formal checkin process so I'll have to rely on memory or their words that I attended (or missed) a class. This is in NO way saying that I don't trust them, just that I think the scheduling system can be improved. An option to reload a pack of TWS classes and pay online would be helpful too!
