Issac designed two different routines for me based on the results of the diagnostics that he did with me at the beginning. Now I am coming in to work on those routines three times a week. There are four trainers at the gym. Even if you are working out on your own, they are always looking at you to see if you need help or feedback. All the trainers are fabulous and each of them knows your assigned routine as they have two meetings a week to review each client's progress amoung themselves. If I were looking to focus on losing weight, they are running classes in the evening to help with that. If you are able and willing to spend more money you will be working with a trainer individually which cannot be beat. If you are paying $150, you get a monthly training session with a trainer to review progress and adjust your routine. The place is small, not crowded. There aren't many machines as you use your own body weight a lot. In summary, fabulous place, go go go here, you will not regret it and it is a great investment in yourself and your health.

I also knew that I hated running and would get bored easily at a regular gym with eliptical and weight machines. I needed something new, so figured I would go to Crossfit one day, just to check it out, after all, it was free. Brad and Alicia had me do an intro session. They were extremely informative and seemed to understand when I needed encouragement and when I needed a breather. They teach and enforce proper safety, strategy, form and technique. They even taught me about proper nutrition and diet! Brad and Alicia are not only knowledgeable, but they are passionate at what they do. To this day, I'm not the fastest of the group and I'm certainly not the strongest, but I am 50 lbs lighter and much healthier than I was. There was an iPad/tablet set up by the front desk where I was able to check myself in. I was not sure where the class was located but staff was very helpful and walked me downstairs to the spin class. Their upstairs/main level seemed to be where all the machines are and yoga/pilates classes. The gym was actually a lot bigger than I thought. Downstairs was where spin classes are held and they had a women's locker room down there as well. The locker room was clean, had showers, hairdryers, etc. This was the first spin class I have taken that was not through SoulCycle and the bikes were a little different but similar enough that I was able to figure it out. Overall, not a bad class. I'm used to a bit more choreography on the handle bars but still a nice class! I would totally switch to this gym if only they were open a little later because I do enjoy working out at night sometimes. Parking is a little tricky in this area. If there's not a spot on the main street (Granite), I would check on the side of Bruegger's Bagels or on Adams St.

It is a shame because I've given them many referrals. Never again! Do not join this gym.

What was supposed to be a $19.99 membership ended up costing nearly $200 with all fees included, all within just a few days of signing up.

Personal training is offered here and fitness classes. I think that even though the price of their memberships have doubled, getting a membership here is still a good bargain. Their VIP membership allows access to multiple of their locations, bring a guest everyday for free, unlimited cycle classes + studio, sauna, + more perks... all for $34.99/month.
