I was dripping sweat throughout LOL I usually go to solidcore since I have a membership but since injuring my shoulder, I have been taking a break and trying to find new places that are lower impact on my shoulder. I was able to make lots of modifications while still getting a good burn in. I definitely recommend this barre workout for people looking to be active with a slight challenge.

Third, they are welcoming to everyone! My classes so far have been filled with women of all ages and abilities. There's no judgment if you need to take breaks, and the instructors are there to help you if you're not sure how to do a certain move or to help adjust your form. Natalie the studio owner is very responsive in communication and very easy to work with and I have had a very positive experience so far. I have been doing private lessons with Jessi and she has been fantastic in figuring out what is needed to accomplish my requests to accomplish my strange goals. For the intro class, it was very well set up and informative, there was a small group of us who I am assuming are all new to Pilates and the instructor was very good at explaining what a potential class would look like in the condensed 30 minute version, she went over the basic things that would be shown if we were to buy a membership and take classes! The first official class that I took was at 6 AM on a Friday morning, and it was pretty full leaving only a couple reformers. The instructor took note that I was a new person to the class, and I felt like that helped me out in the long run because she would helpfully correct me if I wasn't doing the correct exercises. Overall, I really enjoyed this, and I'm glad that I decided to go with the membership. One thing about the membership though is you are automatically locked into a three month subscription, with the most basic option being one day of Pilates per week or four per month, it costs $100 which I feel is worth it. One thing I would mention is book your classes for in advanced, they get filled fast.

I personally can go anytime between 12 and 6 pm Tuesday through Saturdays and anytime on Sundays and Mondays so I don't experience this issue often. I love how many classes they offer per day (almost 1 every hour). They even host fun experiences for holidays! On Mother's Day, they gave us post Pilates champagne and a rose!
