The studio itself is absolutely beautiful and I loved how the rooms were set up. Mission Fitness offers a variety of workout methods that involve TRX, Barre, Pilates, Row, Yoga, and they even have open gym. If you go to their website, they offer descriptions of all the different classes offered that fall into these categories of workouts. Super informative and helpful when deciding on which class to try! Since rowing classes are my new obsession, I was super excited to try a class at Mission Fitness. Mission Fitness offers a special to try your first class for free, so I decided to try a Saturday morning Core Row class taught by Rachel. I've taken a ton of rowing classes, but this was my first class on a WaterRower. The machines were gorgeous and fun to row on! For the Core Row class, we spent the first part of the class on the rower, the second part on mats working on our core, and got back on the rowers for the third part of class. Rachel was great at keeping everyone energized, motivated, and smiling throughout the workout. We even split the class into two groups and had a fun competition at the end of the class. Team Cab vs. Team Merlot (Go team Cab!) So glad I went to this class, and I definitely look forward to trying other classes from Mission Fitness in the future!

We found classes that fit our needs In skill and variety. The coaches are excellent in every way and they think about safety and ask for medical issues you have before every class. I highly recommend Club Pilates for people who are beginners or have some experience at low to mid level which is why we like it and it fits our needs perfectly. Tanya has always accommodated us and worked with us if we had issues. So give them try and experience the benefits. Ace

Buyer beware! If you want to cancel your membership, they make it almost impossible to do so. I…read morehave read other reviews on here about others having the same problem. Even though THEY communicated with me via text, when I let them know via text a month in advance that I wanted to cancel and they responded- that wasn't okay, I had to go there in person to cancel. They continued to charge my credit card. I contested the charge with my credit card company and immediately they threatened to send me to collections. Of course, I didn't want that on my credit report, so I had no choice except to pay. I spoke with my attorney, who concurred that their business practices are unethical and the contract they make you sign is ambiguous. Others have mentioned- it's 2026, everything is done electronically- I cancel memberships. subscriptions etc via the internet- why not get with the times!? They just want your $$$. It is difficult to schedule classes they are almost always full, you can get wait listed-but you won't know if you get in until you get up in the morning. they charge $25 if you don't show for a class, won't let you in if you are more than 5 min late (unless you know someone there). Some of the instructors are great, others are not. I had private classes before I went there, it was a much better experience. My final thought ~ class action lawsuit
