After the class the instructor asked me to contact the owner so she in no longer put in this position. I contacted them and their response was completely apathetic to the situation and they did not recognize the need to fix their website or offer an apology. They had total disregard for the situation they created and their language in response to my experience was patronizing. It would not have inconvenienced them to handle their website glitch and customer concern with care.

Instead of caring about his members and their enjoyment of the gym, all he focuses his time on is scamming his high-paying members on late charges. So if I add myself to a waitlist, and someone drops out at midnight, and now I've made other plans - thinking I can't get in this class - he CHARGES YOU! Get this, you're next in line... you actually go and fill the spot, HE STILL CHARGES ME! #MoneyGrab The owner's waitlist policy is disgusting, it's cheap and it's disgraceful. I've contacted my credit card company and the BBB as this is the 3rd time I've attempted to reason with him on this fraud. He couldn't care less and enjoying milking his members for all their worth. $22 is charged to you if you're on a waitlist and even say NO I can no longer attempt! However I was introduced to a trainer and a group of ladies of all shapes and sizes to start the training and I immediately felt better about doing this program. I had a gym membership I really never used and was getting sick and tired of the same workouts I found online and through apps. Since I lived closer to Huntersville, they said I could make that my main location and follow up there, so I signed up for a full year on the spot, since I had nothing left to lose. It's been 9 months and all I can say is that this is my favorite time of day when I go to these classes. It is the perfect mixture of cardio, weights, and kickboxing and it's something I enjoy doing when I do it. The trainers are fantastic! They really try to get to know who the regulars that come in to class and encourage you to try your hardest. Some cross training exercises are incredibly challenging, and that's what I was missing in my gym days. It stays relatively clean, and the equipment is used a lot in different intervals, so you learn a lot. The two reasons I would give it 4 stars is because 1) the price has skyrocketed for memberships since I joined, and find it a bit expensive compared to other cross-training/ kickboxing gyms. And 2) they keep 2-3 main trainers and rotate the rest. One of my favorites just left to work at another venue, and that sucked. Put both of them together, I think it's way too expensive if you don't work out 5 days a week, which I don't have time for. I still recommend this place for people who just seem to go nowhere with exercise or bore easily because it's fun to do, and the results are physically and mentally positive.

First, this staff is so friendly and helpful! Jonathan, Nikia, Holly, Erica, and AnaMarie are welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure new members are given proper instruction and guidance. If you have an injury, they will work with you to modify the exercises. Second, this team makes working out fun and enjoyable! We have contests (optional) and different workouts so you cannot get bored. Third, the people that go to this location are just super cool and they are a blast to be around.
