The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! I've definitely found my workout home!!!

I was able to get a nice workout in while he practiced and I loved that it wasn't super crowded. Yeah, it was a Friday so maybe that had something to do with it. The gym, or wellness center as it's known here, has plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment, and there's several classrooms for group fitness classes and a room for cycling. It's safe to say that being s memeber here has its benefits. The staff are awesome and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and the people that work here seem to really enjoy what they do. There's also a play center for kids to go to while you workout so there's no excuse to get moving! The space is clean and big enough to where you don't feel suffocated by others in the gym. They also have a fancy pool if you feel like practicing your butterfly. Need a place to workout???? Come to the YMCA!

We moved into Peachtree last year and this was our first experience with Good Life. Our problem was that when you buy a punch-card at the GoodLife crossfit, it is only good for 90 days. Was not aware of that when I bought the 20 punch instead of the 10 punch. They said the 90 days was in the contract I signed for my son, but I don't remember. The follow up and contracts were emailed to my 14 year old son. My son then suffered a shoulder injury and had to wait 60 days for surgery and then had a six month rehab before he was cleared. When he returned he was told by the owners he could have 30 more days to use the remaining $195 worth of punches. My son was away for two weeks with scouts during the 30 day accommodation they made and could only go three more times. We have signed up our son at another Crossfit very close to good life. The new Crossfit has a couple great trainers that my son really likes and are more intense. They also do not have the same restrictions on the punch cards. Very nice. My son loves crossfit. He was 8th in Georgia for the games when he was 13 in the 14-15 old group. In less than two months we will have spent more at the new Crossfit than what goodlife refused to accommodate us for. There would have been No extra cost to Goodlife for my son to work out 8 more times and then make $1500 from us in the next 10 months. They repeated, "not our policy" and they need to "clean their books" as their reason. I feel they lack good business acumen or customer focus.

We started with the Bootcamp that they offer which is a great intro. After the six wks you can sign up for another Boot camp or challenge your self to Cross Fit! No pressure. They have different events from a WOD and Wine, to a kids Saturday as well as a transformation challenge. Kait and Kris are always there for the members whether it's to modify your workout, your diet or push you when you need that push. Love this place!!
