This place is literally around the corner from home which is what I had been looking for. I decided to follow on IG and download the app to see what the class offerings were. They offer a wide variety of classes in different locations. I love Zumba so I was very interested. There was a special - $20 for unlimited classes for a week. I took advantage of it. Today, I attended the 830 Zumba class. There was plenty of parking. Walked in and the studio was well lit, clean and was greeted by a warm receptionist. The Zumba instructor, Tammie, was warming up and came over to introduce herself. She was very engaging and energetic. The class was lots of fun and definitely a great workout. I thoroughly enjoyed her enthusiasm and hype dance moves. I took a friend along and she enjoyed it too. I will definitely return.

I was looking for a CrossFit Gym near me and decided to just choose the one that gravitated towards…read moremy goals. I'm glad I chose BGB. I wanted to try something new but honestly was a little intimidated because I was heavy. Don't let that stop you! The coaches are FANTASTIC! They're very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their career. I'm currently doing semi private classes (2-4 ppl to a class) for strength training with bands and light weight. I also participate in CrossFit doing heavier weights to help increase muscle mass. If you're new to this, don't worry. The coaches make sure to have a scaled or modified version of the exercise for you. Also this is basically a one stop shop. In addition to being certified in sports training /CrossFit, the coaches are certified nutritionist, and sports massage therapist. I can't say enough how much my fitness has improved for the better. Lastly, we're one big happy family. We participate in outings, holiday gatherings, and more. Come join our family. We'd love to have you!

The reason for my 1-star review is mainly to the attitude I was given by the male Pilate instructor and also the owner's sister. I signed up specifically to take reformer classes. I have physical limitations and do not want to take any classes on the floor. The male instructor and the owner's sister, who was there on my second class, either got upset because I refused the mat class or were very condescending and told me they choose what class they teach and not the client. I bought a 6-class pass. I wanted classes on the reformer. I was told I can't just choose one type of class. I was also told the reformer class was too advance. I honestly feel that attitude is going to discourage New and potential long term clients. Make sure you ask ahead. Don't buy the pass unless they can give you what you're paying for. I will take my money somewhere else. I was giving a refund for 5 classes which was fair. Thank you.

Finding out I was going to represent my charity and ride in the RAAM race (Race Across America) in…read moreJune of 2016, I decided to try GoPerformace to rebuild strength after spine surgery on c-4-6...the neck which, by the way, makes your shoulders, back and arms super weak. Not good for a 3000 mile race! I can honestly say after all of the years of belonging to and teaching at gyms, this is the first time I have seen a felt real results with less time, much less time! I am excited to think that at 50 years old, I may actually achieve the goals I set for myself in my 20's. Two of my Three children train at GoPerformance and both are now scholarship athletes! If you want to look great, feel great and/or have a goal in mind, this is where you need to go!
