She is very good at what she does and has the sweetest way with kids. She always remembers us and we chat like old friends when we see her. We've seen Dr. Glick just once, but she was very professional too. The staff have been helpful and courteous. We had some issues when our insurance didn't want to cover one medication but the staff worked it out for me by submitting a prior authorization form (my prescription insurance can be difficult to work with so I appreciate the way they handled it). I've been so many times that I can't give an actual number and we are usually called back to see the doctor after waiting from 0-15 minutes past the appointment time. I think most doctors' offices are like that. Once, we had to wait an hour, but that has never happened again (I guess everyone has a bad day). When you go, wear a sweater (even in the summer) because the waiting room is really cold! I'd recommend Dr. Groysman and her staff to anyone who needs a caring and thorough dermatologist.

I was prescribed an eczema ointment without being seen in person, and after using it, my pain became so severe I went to the ER. The next day, despite the ER advising me to contact my dermatologist immediately, I was told to wait until Monday. I sought a second opinion that same day and was diagnosed with a superficial staph infection that required immediate treatment. This situation was dangerous and poorly handled by Cahaba Dermatology. I was very disappointed by the lack of patient care, access to a medical provider when I needed one, and clear communication throughout this experience.

The doctor was very knowledgeable however he had his P.A. There and she seemed a little like maybe she didn't like the doctor she was working for too well. When he left the room she made fun of him to her assistant. My wife has melanoma on her back and she had a rather large chunk taken out and sent off to be determined if they had gotten it all. When they were done I asked if there were any prescriptions and the nurse said that she didn't need anything. My wife was in a good deal of pain for several days afterwards and called three times only to not have her calls returned. On the 10th day I called and complained, they said they finally had her results in and she was clear. 10 day my wife hurt and was psychologically tortured wondering if she was gonna have to get more done or if she was in even worse shape. Again 3 calls and not one returned. Unacceptable. Definitely not going back.

At one point she said that I needed to be my own dr and treat myself when she asked a few questions which to all they didnt apply to what actually was happening with me personally. I felt like the only thing that would make her happy is if I agreed with everything she said, no matter how incorrect she was. She seemed to have a huge God complex. She over talked to me and was aggressive in her tone with me and even said another dr that did blah blah was stupid. Oh and just for fun the lady at the front desk was rude to me about my insurance. Oh well me and my husband wont be back in to this derms office again. She asked why I went out of town to another derms office, FYI THAT drs office didnt over talk me, the front desk staff wasnt rude about my insurance or their IPAD that didnt work and the dr at that office wasnt aggressive or tell me many times how many years of experience she had, even though I went to her for the exact same condition and I told her the exact same information when she asked some of the same questions and she listened and wasnt confrontational with me.
