First time here and I LOVED it!!! My Shampoo & Scalp Therapy was scheduled for 01/06/26 @12:00. I booked my appointment online with a mandatory $25.00 deposit. I selected Fiona to do my services by reading the great reviews on YELP. I've seen all these social media posts about Japanese or Korean scalp washes and decided to give it a try. You first put on a terry cloth covering and robe then go to a room for your scalp analysis. Fiona was very helpful and answered all my questions. She first explained the scalp analysis and what to expect. She placed a wand device on my scalp and you could see through the live video how much hair product and scalp dryness I had. After the amazing scalp therapy I received which included scalp cleansing, shampoo & conditioning. I also received a neck and shoulder massage. They use the Japanese hair products by Milbon. Once Fiona was done with my Scalp therapy she took another scalp analysis so you can see the before and after results. Wow!!! My scalp was so clean and once Fiona blow dried my hair, it was so soft. I felt so amazing. Pure Head Spa is very clean and the staff are awesome!! I will definitely start doing the scalp therapy every other month. I did purchase the Milbon scalp cleanser which I'll start using asap :) My overall experience was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend read more

Had a bridal shower there for my aunt and was beyond excited to try this head spa. Have never been before but will definitely come back. Fiona was so sweet and informative. She took the time to explain my scalp care and the service was so relaxing! All of the staff were welcoming and made the event a success! We got to bring in our own cake, food and drinks. Service was great! All the gals were friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and organized. They provide each customer with a little smock, robe , and slippers. Tranquil and calming vibe. We were here for a birthday celebration and had the place to ourselves. The spa staff were helpful in helping us take pics and set up. They allowed us to bring in food and cake . We were able to set up a little spot with decor and gifts. They also provide each customer with a glass of champagne and/or apple cider :) I got the hair and scalp treatment. Omg! Been seeing a ton of head spa ads on Instagram lately--pretty sure the algorithm got me (let's just go with that!). Anyways, I decided to treat my nieces, their mom, and my daughter to a relaxing Sunday together. I called to set up the appointment and spoke with a lovely lady on the phone. She was super accommodating and polite. Since I wasn't sure what everyone wanted, she booked us for the lowest treatment tier just to hold our spots. She did mention there would be three technicians available at 10 a.m. Since we were a group of five, I asked if it was possible to book everyone at the same time so no one would be sitting around waiting. She said she'd check with the owner and try to make it happen. I had a good feeling they'd pull it off. Come appointment day--I was pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in. The space was clean, simply decorated, and perfectly lit--enough to appreciate the details without feeling harsh or dim. The lady at the front greeted us with the warmest smile (I'm pretty sure she was the same one I spoke to on the phone). We filled out our intake forms while waiting for the rest of our group, and at no point did we feel rushed. Each of our technicians walked us through our treatments and made us feel completely at ease. The massage chairs were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The scalp treatment? Amazing. My hair felt soft, light, and airy afterward--so refreshed. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with any of their packages. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing more of my loved ones next time. Huge thank you to Fiona for the care and attention you gave me. The staff were all wonderful, the spa itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the treatment was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Pure Head Spa to anyone and even more so for groups. The Concierge Desk makes booking for multiple people easy and they were able to accommodate all our group members at the same time for our treatments. The add-ons are excellent for a more personal, celebratory feel. We had the champagne and fruit tray. Sitting in a plush robe, with a glass of champagne and fresh fruit to snack on really elevated our whole experience. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely be returning. My wife and I came by this past week for the first time to celebrate our anniversary a bit early. We heard about them from our cousins. We had booked the Scalp + Hair package online which is $145, but we follow them on IG and that day had a 30% discount for the night. Make sure to follow them for possible deals! So booked the last appointments of that day. The location is very clean and has the vibe of relaxation when you enter. It's a luxurious environment for sure. We've never experience any type of Japanese head spa before so this was a unique experience for us. The Scalp Technicians were Fiona and Victoria for us. They did a great job with the whole treatment. It's a very relaxing and a one of a kind experience that ladies as well as gentlemen can enjoy! After the treatment, you get served with your choice of Tea. We highly recommend coming here and would likely return in the future. We really enjoyed the staff Fiona, Victoria, and Kayle. They were very friendly and easy to talk with the whole time. They made us feel welcomed and right at home from start to finish. They deserve recognition for their customer service! The staff and ambience is fantastic! I was warmly greeted upon arrival. The spa is clean, cozy, and welcoming. I loved the coziness of the plush robes and slippers that they gave me to wear and the candles throughout set the tone and vibe of the experience. My technician was Fiona and she is the best!!! She explained the process to me and was patient and answered all of my many questions. She went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable. The treatment was so relaxing and soothing! My scalp felt so alive and refreshed! When the treatment was over I was offered hot tea and a pastry. Both were a welcomed treat. :-) I'm looking forward to my next visit. My boyfriend and I went to this spa for a post Valentine's day date, and to add it's our first time experience! From changing into the robes, analyzation of our scalps, to getting into the chairs to start our relaxing experience, the staff have been so kind and welcoming towards us. Post spa experience, the staff provided us with complimentary champagne and also tea since they had their valentine's day special going on, it made our experience a lot more special than it already has been! Finally! A head spa much closer to home! My wife is ecstatic! We've been to a couple places and Pure Head Spa just feels different. It's warm, inviting, and beautiful! We were at their Grand Opening and it was wonderful. The amount of details the owners put into that was impressive. I had a great experience here. Unfortunately I forgot the name of my service provider but she was GREAT! The place is very clean and welcoming. The only downfall was that the procedure area was right in the open. I have had numerous head spa services at MANY places and none of them have been put in the open like this one. There is ZERO privacy and you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone who walks into the business can see you laying there and see what you're getting done, etc. I just felt that was a bit strange and awkward. Usually there's at least a curtain partition in between service stations to offer some privacy. Like I said previously, the service was great and the business is beautiful but I don't know if I'll return because of the layout of service area. It just feels awkward being out in the open with everyone, no partition and zero privacy. But with that being said, if you've never had a head spa service before, give this place a try. Their service providers are excellent. Just expect to have NO PRIVACY and to be center stage for all who enter the building to see you. read more

My DIL and I were so excited to find this new head spa. The place is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, we walked in as a client was complaining. Staff stayed calm and polite. My treatment was good but my technician did not provide a relaxing experience. When I have gone in the past to a different head spa, I had a neck, shoulder and face massage along with my scalp treatment. I didn't get any of those here. We were also told that someone would be in to ask us what kind of tea we would like...that didn't happen. Most disappointing, we left with damp to wet hair. My hair was damp and my DIL's was wet. All in all it was a nice place with friendly staff but missed a few important details. read more

It was my first time going to a head spa and the experience did not disappoint. For years I've experienced dry scalp. I tried so many shampoos and nothing helped it. I heard about this place and decided to give it a try. They cleaned my scalp so well. This was my first time ever having a head spa experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and good it smelled! I loved it - it instantly made me feel relaxed. Today Christina Andrade helped me and she was wonderful! She explained what I was looking at when I was viewing my scalp on the monitor, what was included in the treatment, and she was helpful in answering all the scalp questions I had. My favorite part was the cooling treatment on my scalp, it felt great especially because I have eczema. I notified the front desk and received an "I'm sorry that happened. How much did you want to tip?" with not much follow through. Since I paid with a Groupon I'm not sure much could've been done, but better customer service or maybe a manager following up would've been a start. As a first time customer, if I didn't use a Groupon, I'd be pretty upset to pay a premium price for mediocre service. The instructions note to not do any treatments following 2 weeks, nowhere does it say that I should be following up with another medical grade facial within 7-10 days.
