Had a bridal shower there for my aunt and was beyond excited to try this head spa. Have never been before but will definitely come back. Fiona was so sweet and informative. She took the time to explain my scalp care and the service was so relaxing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]All of the staff were welcoming and made the event a success![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got to bring in our own cake, food and drinks. It was a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

Service was great! All the gals were friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and organized. They provide each customer with a little smock, robe , and slippers. Tranquil and calming vibe. We were here for a birthday celebration and had the place to ourselves. The spa staff were helpful in helping us take pics and set up. They allowed us to bring in food and cake . We were able to set up a little spot with decor and gifts. They also provide each customer with a glass of champagne and/or apple cider :) I got the hair and scalp treatment. Omg! Did wonders in just one treatment! Will definitely make this part of my self care routine. Thanks Pure Head Spa!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]First time here and I LOVED it!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My Shampoo & Scalp Therapy was scheduled for 01/06/26 @12:00. I booked my appointment online with a mandatory $25.00 deposit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I selected Fiona to do my services by reading the great reviews on YELP. I've seen all these social media posts about Japanese or Korean scalp washes and decided to give it a try. You first put on a terry cloth covering and robe then go to a room for your scalp analysis. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fiona was very helpful and answered all my questions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She first explained the scalp analysis and what to expect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She placed a wand device on my scalp and you could see through the live video how much hair product and scalp dryness I had. After the amazing scalp therapy I received which included scalp cleansing, shampoo & conditioning. I also received a neck and shoulder massage. They use the Japanese hair products by Milbon. Once Fiona was done with my Scalp therapy she took another scalp analysis so you can see the before and after results. Wow!!! My scalp was so clean and once Fiona blow dried my hair, it was so soft. I felt so amazing. Pure Head Spa is very clean and the staff are awesome!! I will definitely start doing the scalp therapy every other month. Been seeing a ton of head spa ads on Instagram lately--pretty sure the algorithm got me (let's just go with that!). Anyways, I decided to treat my nieces, their mom, and my daughter to a relaxing Sunday together. I called to set up the appointment and spoke with a lovely lady on the phone. She was super accommodating and polite. Since I wasn't sure what everyone wanted, she booked us for the lowest treatment tier just to hold our spots. She did mention there would be three technicians available at 10 a.m. Since we were a group of five, I asked if it was possible to book everyone at the same time so no one would be sitting around waiting. She said she'd check with the owner and try to make it happen. I had a good feeling they'd pull it off. Come appointment day--I was pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in. The space was clean, simply decorated, and perfectly lit--enough to appreciate the details without feeling harsh or dim. The lady at the front greeted us with the warmest smile (I'm pretty sure she was the same one I spoke to on the phone). We filled out our intake forms while waiting for the rest of our group, and at no point did we feel rushed. Each of our technicians walked us through our treatments and made us feel completely at ease. The massage chairs were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The scalp treatment? Amazing. My hair felt soft, light, and airy afterward--so refreshed. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with any of their packages. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing more of my loved ones next time. Huge thank you to Fiona for the care and attention you gave me. Also, big plus--the technicians didn't try to upsell any products or services. Just pure, genuine service and relaxation. Highly recommend this head spa! ‍

Very nice experience. I've never been to a head spa before, but I was excited to try it. This location is clean, spacious and the attendants were super nice. It is a pricey splurge but I left feeling lighter and refreshed.

The staff were all wonderful, the spa itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the treatment was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Pure Head Spa to anyone and even more so for groups. The Concierge Desk makes booking for multiple people easy and they were able to accommodate all our group members at the same time for our treatments. The add-ons are excellent for a more personal, celebratory feel. We had the champagne and fruit tray. Sitting in a plush robe, with a glass of champagne and fresh fruit to snack on really elevated our whole experience. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely be returning. Shout out to Fiona for giving me the best blow out I've ever had and for making great product recommendations too!

My wife and I came by this past week for the first time to celebrate our anniversary a bit early. We heard about them from our cousins. We had booked the Scalp + Hair package online which is $145, but we follow them on IG and that day had a 30% discount for the night. Make sure to follow them for possible deals! So booked the last appointments of that day. The location is very clean and has the vibe of relaxation when you enter. It's a luxurious environment for sure. We've never experience any type of Japanese head spa before so this was a unique experience for us. The Scalp Technicians were Fiona and Victoria for us. They did a great job with the whole treatment. It's a very relaxing and a one of a kind experience that ladies as well as gentlemen can enjoy! After the treatment, you get served with your choice of Tea. We highly recommend coming here and would likely return in the future. We really enjoyed the staff Fiona, Victoria, and Kayle. They were very friendly and easy to talk with the whole time. They made us feel welcomed and right at home from start to finish. They deserve recognition for their customer service! They even surprised us with 2 glasses of champagne for our anniversary which made the night very memorable! Thank you all again!

Woah! Talk about a refreshing outcome! My hair and scalp hasn't felt this fresh and clean for a while haha. I booked a session for my sister and I and we did the regular one without the blow out. Highly recommend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The girls who provided the service were super friendly and definitely got the job done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] First get there you walk into an open setting spa vibe. You go to the back and get a robe and slippers on. Then your service provider will take you to your spot. They have these massage chairs that compress and give a back massage. Next time I will probably have it all turned off. They also give you a heating eye mask which is pretty relaxing and didn't affect my lash extensions. It was ALOT of sensory input with the massage, eye mask and scrubbing of the scalp and I mean SCRUBBING. So next time no massage chair for me. I was gifted this service and it took me a year to come get it done. The hair treatments were great and left my hair feeling so light and fresh. I had no idea the build up was that severe. I really enjoyed the products she used so I bought some for home use. I envisioned the service to be an upgraded version of when my hair dresser massages my scalp. This was more like going through the car wash. I thought I might fall asleep like I do when I get a massage. The compression massage tables have harsher movements like some nail salons and you're not able to adjust these. I only had mascara on and that melted due to the heat eye mask. I was thinking about it the whole time. I paid for the upgraded service with the neck massage. I had in my mind that the technician would work on the back of my neck. She wrapped her hands around my neck like you would to choke someone. She gently slid them up and done my neck which did not do anything for me. The scrubbing is aggressive to get rid of the buildup. If you have a sensitive scalp, are worried about hair loss or your hair lightening I would not recommend it. It might just be the process. I thought the products smelled great and made my hair soft when it was done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was really looking forward to a relaxing service. I am so disappointed to write this review, but I think it needs to be said. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First, my technician was very kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My one star is for the overall experience and not as a reflection on my technician. However, I am noticing that after this deep clean, my hair color has lightened, especially at the roots. I had not had a recent coloring and actually put off having my roots done for this appointment, so this is a concern. It should also be known that the seat/bed (for me) was extremely uncomfortable and there was no way to fix that. It is essentially a massage chair, but I was not given the option to personalize or choose what I wanted the chair to massage (like you can at the nail salon). The massage chair runs the length of your shoulders to your bottom and for me, it was just uncomfortable. If you ask to have it turned off, the massagers just stop wherever they are so you have to pick the right spot or you will be in pain. I was just not able to get comfortable so I really was not able to enjoy my service. My back is killing me today. I also feel like your neck should be more supported or laying on something softer...‍ I treated a friend for her birthday and she also had the same complaints about the massage chair. However, she was happy with how her hair turned out. Additionally, I purchased the 75 minute service for myself and the 90 minute service for my friend. We were essentially done at the exact same time.... I write this review as a warning to newbies to this service, because for the cost, I would not recommend this at all. read more

Came here on a girls date with my friend. The place was very clean and the service was great. I loved the coziness of the plush robes and slippers that they gave me to wear and the candles throughout set the tone and vibe of the experience. My boyfriend and I went to this spa for a post Valentine's day date, and to add it's our first time experience! From changing into the robes, analyzation of our scalps, to getting into the chairs to start our relaxing experience, the staff have been so kind and welcoming towards us. Post spa experience, the staff provided us with complimentary champagne and also tea since they had their valentine's day special going on, it made our experience a lot more special than it already has been! Finally! A head spa much closer to home! My wife is ecstatic! We've been to a couple places and Pure Head Spa just feels different. It's warm, inviting, and beautiful! We were at their Grand Opening and it was wonderful. The amount of details the owners put into that was impressive. From the delicious food, personally crafted drinks, branded robes, and friendly smiles and convos. Appreciated everything. I purchased a gift card for my wife. I had a great experience here. Unfortunately I forgot the name of my service provider but she was GREAT! The place is very clean and welcoming. The only downfall was that the procedure area was right in the open. I have had numerous head spa services at MANY places and none of them have been put in the open like this one. There is ZERO privacy and you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone who walks into the business can see you laying there and see what you're getting done, etc. I just felt that was a bit strange and awkward. Usually there's at least a curtain partition in between service stations to offer some privacy. Like I said previously, the service was great and the business is beautiful but I don't know if I'll return because of the layout of service area. It just feels awkward being out in the open with everyone, no partition and zero privacy. But with that being said, if you've never had a head spa service before, give this place a try. Their service providers are excellent. Just expect to have NO PRIVACY and to be center stage for all who enter the building to see you. read more

WOW! What an incredible experience. From start to finish, the staff was attentive & pleasant. I booked a 75 minute with Fiona, she's sweet & very knowledgeable! She showed me what my scalp looked like with a camera before & after & I'm SO surprised at how much I actually needed this treatment! I didn't realize the state my scalp was in! I had so much build up & irritation before & it was so much cleaner & calmer after! I also loved the attention to detail every step of the way. My DIL and I were so excited to find this new head spa. The place is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, we walked in as a client was complaining. Staff stayed calm and polite. My treatment was good but my technician did not provide a relaxing experience. When I have gone in the past to a different head spa, I had a neck, shoulder and face massage along with my scalp treatment. I didn't get any of those here. We were also told that someone would be in to ask us what kind of tea we would like...that didn't happen. Most disappointing, we left with damp to wet hair. My hair was damp and my DIL's was wet. All in all it was a nice place with friendly staff but missed a few important details. read more

This was my first time ever having a head spa experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and good it smelled! I loved it - it instantly made me feel relaxed. Today Christina Andrade helped me and she was wonderful! She explained what I was looking at when I was viewing my scalp on the monitor, what was included in the treatment, and she was helpful in answering all the scalp questions I had. My favorite part was the cooling treatment on my scalp, it felt great especially because I have eczema. I looked through the reviews for this establishment and did see some similar complaints about a shortened service and a lack of Elevation service completely. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm and welcoming. Jesie was so professional and kind, explaining each step and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the experience. The scalp analysis was really interesting, and it helped customize the treatment to what my hair and scalp needed most. The combination of deep-cleansing shampoo, exfoliation, and the soothing steam mist felt so luxurious. Jesse's massage techniques were amazing--I could feel the tension melting away from my neck and head. The treatment left my hair soft, shiny, and healthy, and my scalp felt so refreshed. All these years I didn't know I had sun spots on my scalp until today! I get them on my face but had no idea about my scalp until they got me under a microscope. My technician was Fiona and she was so sweet, easy going and most importantly knowledgeable. I've gone to several head spas now and today's experience was one of my favorite! To be honest I assumed that my scalp was normal and really just come to relax and get a nice wash because I love anything that involves someone playing with my hair. I didn't expect to leave learning anything but I sure did! The place is very clean, beautifully designed, service from all staff is top notch. I'm so glad they're open and we have a head spa so close to home! Oh, they have memberships and packages too that I'm def looking into. read more

My friend and I recently found out about the new head spa nearby, so we decided to try their 75-minute scalp and hair package. It was such a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch from beginning to end. Christina was awesome at walking me through each part of the process. I really enjoyed the cozy robe, the massage chair, and especially the scalp treatment. Even after a few days, my hair still smells and feels incredible. Pure Head Spa has an amazingly clean and relaxing atmosphere, with professional technology and staff to service you. The whole process from the scalp analysis to the cleaning/treatment and aftercare was great. One highlight were the massage chairs/beds that massaged your body while your scalp got treated which made the experience immensely more enjoyable. Would definitely go again. read more

I took my mom here and she absolutely loved it! Victoria was our hair tech specialist and did an amazing job that my mom was so pleased! I did try all dermatological treatments for my mom's psoriasis behind her head and no avail of any relief so I am doing a more natural and holistic way of keeping her scalp healthy and taken cared of! read more
