I don't live in Diamond Bar anymore, but anytime I'm in town I make it a point to make a visit here. I love the aesthetics of the place and the convenient location. I always get a detox foot massage and an upper body massage. The price is doable and the staff is always very kind. I had gone this last time with my significant other and we were able to be in the same room. It was very nice. They even offered earplugs, which was nice to disconnect from everything going on around us. I will be back next time. I'm in town. My suggestion is maybe have certain deals here and there. I went here for a prenatal 60 minute massage at 33 weeks pregnant (they do not allow past 36weeks) and it was absolutely perfect and amazing in every way. I loved the quietness and calm atmosphere. I was looking for things to do to bypass some time until my next event. I saw this location near me and walked in. I asked if walk-ins were acceptable and they said yes. I was looking for a 90 minute, but none were available for the time I am seeking for. The front told me they have an hour available but not for another hour. I asked if it was possible to do a combination and they said yes. I had about 45 minutes until my time was available and asked if it was alright to wait inside due to the scorching heat of Socal, wasn't an issue. As I'm scrolling through their yelp page, I noticed there is a mother's day special going. I asked if that was the package she signed me up for. If it wasn't, I asked if I can have that package for the same time duration I was scheduled for. She updated my package and was able to do the switch right there. I was recommended this spot for a friend so I called, and the person who answered was so sweet and gracious in explaining the packages and extra offerings (forgot her name but great person)! During the massage itself, they made sure to ask what was comfortable in terms of pressure and what my target areas were. Secondly, the massage itself! I did a 60 full body massage minute with the hot stones. I asked for extra attention on my back since the school semester left me like a shrimp posture-wise from continuous computer use. The hot stones felt a tad hot at first but DUH they're HOT stones. But it was so worth it because my muscles immediately felt better. I chanced upon Serenity Zen on Yelp and was able to make an appointment through Fresha.i had to reschedule which was also a breeze through the online booking system. Checkin was easy breezy, didn't do the e hard upsell but did inform me about what was available. Added the hot stone and essential oils and was shown to my room. There are actually lockers in front with the key bracelet thing but the room had plenty of space to store my personal stuff. Nice quiet ambiance. My therapist was very good, asked about pressure and I was so relaxed I think I knocked out for a few minutes. Service - from the front desk to the therapist to getting on my way, it was an great experience. Parking - located btwn Crunch and Walmart on DB Blvd, it's easy to find and at 10am parking was easy. Not sure how it gets during rush, but I can imagine you'd be getting some steps in if you scheduled around that time. Open 7 days a week which is awesome. I'm def coming again...esp since I bought a package of massages haha. read more

The rooms were really clean yet soothing. Loved the perfect ambient lighting from the himalayan salt walls. Linda and Tina were very attentive and provided the perfect amount of pressure / relaxation that we needed. They were SO sweet! After our treatments, we were offered tea or water which was really thoughtful especially after all the detoxifying from the lymphatic massage techniques. I appreciate their convenient booking services along with memberships to provide discounts. We will definitely be coming back. read more

This review is only for their marketing messages, which admittedly are quite good! However, when I get a marketing message/text that says "One Saturday hour, $59 - foot, body, or combo," I expect that means $59 for foot, body, or combo. I booked and when I went to the appointment, I was informed that my body massage would actually be $69 because the code in text was for $31 off, NOT for a $59 massage as was stated in the text. This was clearly misleading but nobody would talk to me or acknowledge the intentional misleading messaging... management, your services are great but this is incredibly misleading messaging and not how you inspire trust with your customers! I read and reread the messages and there was NO mention of the $31 discount, only multiple mentions for "$59 - foot, body, or combo," when that simply was not the case. Make it make sense. read more

They did not massage for the full hour. Next time set your own timer when you go get a massage here. I requested for an hour massage, but I got maybe a little over 45 minutes, and got charged for the full hour. She told me that the actual massage was actually only 55 minutes. Then, I showed her my watch at the time I'm expressing the confusion, it was exactly the same time she let me in and I've been talking to her at least for a couple of minutes. Then, she offered me free add-ons for next time, which I declined. Massage was really good though and it has many other positive factors.... But, just the fact that either they cheat off the massage time or refuse to fix their mistake kinda turned me off from wanting to go back nor recomend this place. The difference between 45 to 60 min is $10, but this whole thing just doesn't sit right with me. read more

Checked in few weeks ago. The massage lady don't know how to massage. She only use her elbow to give pressure, when I ask her to use her finger to massage she's not happy with that. From my past 10 years massage experience, she's not professional and don't know how to use finger to give pressure which will hurt her finger. A professional therapist won't have finger pain for giving pressure. I will not coming to this one again. the front desk lady is nice and polite, but the massage therapist's skill is awful. read more
