The physical therapists, Matt and Julie, are knowledgeable, ask plenty of questions, and answered all of mine. Something that stands out to me is how they recommend everyday objects (towel, grocery bags with cans of soup) to perform exercises. The facility is clean, beds are constantly sprayed down after usage, and the music is a nice distraction when doing my physical therapy.
