They have a lot of rooms and massage therapists that seem to be on call. We can get couples massage quicker than other places, so it fits with travel plans. They do a good job and are responsive to feedback while working, and prices are competitive. This is the only place where I've gotten 90 minute message. read more

My kids got me an appointment and paid for an hour massage for Mother's Day (great kids, right). Omgoodness! I was in heaven. I must get one every month if I could afford it! So worth it tho! Only 80$ compared to others. I went 4 days with no pain after. When I can afford it again, definitely going back! read more

I love this place! Every time has been fabulous. It's easy to make an appointment, the place is very clean, and everything is reasonably priced. My husband and I have been about four times now and every massage was great. 10/10 highly recommended! read more

I wanted to get deep tissue massage and it was OK, but it wasn't what I expected for the money. I didn't think it was worth it.

I am so glad I came here oh my god. I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage and man did i wish it could go on forever. It didn't even feel like 60 minutes it felt like 2 hours in the best way possible. Annie seriously deserves the oscar for massages. Please go to her she is amazing. Not only does she focus on your area of need but she gives you a full body massage as well. thank you thank you thank you read more

My husband and I had some time sans kids. I mistakenly looked up the wrong Salem baseball team and thought there was a game tonight. Yeah, opening day isn't for a while. Oops. We decided to come down to Salem anyway since we had already planned on it. We called and they were able to get us in back-to-back for a quick foot massage each. About twenty minutes later, they called us back and said they had a no-show so we could do it together. We got there a little early, and they rushed to get everything ready. No need to rush, but they did anyway. They explained the process and brought us back to the little room. It was a wonderful experience, and they spent almost the whole 30 mins on the massage. Some place dilly dally or use your time for "set up," but not here. They were quiet and had nice music playing in the background. It was very relaxing. We will definitely be back. They have good prices, were kind, professional, and not too far from home. read more

Worth every dollar! Spent a lot of time focusing on my problem areas while making sure I still got a total body massage.

probably my favorite massage therapist I've been to locally in Salem. I usually go for a deep tissue massage, however, I decided to try out their Swedish massage first. The whole thing was great from start to finish. She paid great attention to the areas high mentioned we're in need of some TLC. Thank you! read more

Omg that by far was the best deep tissue massage that I have had in a long time! Great way to address rough knots. Thank you! read more

Very relaxing and thorough. The atmosphere was great and the therapist conscientious by following my requests.

Just the right amount of pressure!! Thrilled to get in same day when my shoulders hurt so bad. Seem price keeps going up...just like everything else. read more

Visiting from out of state and WOW! This place is fantastic, personable and best of all the treatments are the best you could ask for. Jennifer is super! I was in so much pain but with her techniques and understanding of what my body needed just AWESOME is all I can say. The office in general is very clean, and best of all the decor is relaxing and tranquil. Their ability to know what clients need to set the mood is exceptional. **Gold Star and Kudos for all*** read more

Good massage wish they had a shower, locker, etc. The girls don't talk much which I like. Very professional and clean.

This place is located in a small strip mall off of Lancaster. You don't expect much just from looks but this place is lovely! The reception area is warm and relaxing. The staff are all very kind. The massage itself was incredible! Everything felt so nice and my masseuse really listened to my body. The prices are not bad and it was such a good treat. I LOVE this place and will certainly be back. read more

Decided to book a prenatal massage here after a recommendation and I am soooo glad I did! I am 22 weeks pregnant and suffer from S-i joint pain and sciatic nerve pain. Jennifer did an AMAZING JOB! I will be returning every few weeks for the rest of my pregnancy. I have not been able to feel such relief even after physical therapy as much as I did with a massage from Jennifer at Pure Massage and Spa! Thank you so much! read more

I went here to get massaged on my lower back and hips. With no prior issues of my LB or hips. Strictly to help me during a certain "time if the month". During the massage I was stretched a little too much. Didn't think anything of it. I thought it would just work its way out. It did not. I called asking if they would help make it go away. They explained it was not there fault. I called back after going to the doctors. Explained that I had a note from my doctor explaining no previous LB or hip issues. They accused me of trying to blame them and get free services. All I wanted was them to fix what they did. Over a year later my hip still gets sore in the same exact spot from time to time. I'm wondering if I'd even have this issue had not been for the massage. I now see a chiropractor 1-2x a month. Be careful and make sure you speak with your massage therapist immediately after if you feel an issue!!! read more

Hands down best massage I have ever had!!! They really really know what they are doing. My back is really messed up and not only do I feel better but she showed me some stretches to help aliviate my sciatica issue. I'm recommending everyone I know! read more

Been here twice and had a lovely experience both times! They will really dig in there, but you don't have to walk away more sore than you came in. Have seen two different masseuses, and I would recommend both. read more

AWESOME place! The staff is super friendly, they got us an appointment right away, and the massage was FANTASTIC. My fiancé and I had a couples massage, and we instantly regretted not booking a 90 minute. We will definitely be back! read more

This place is by far the absolute best place to get a massage! And I've had my fair share of massage places, believe me. Every time I go here, it's been an amazing experience. I've been suffering from neck, shoulder, and back pain for a while now. But since I started coming here I have had so much relief! They also make you feel so welcomed and are a very friendly couple. I felt comfortable and relaxed right away. I like to do the full body massage for an hour and during the massage they used the hot stones, which I love! At no extra charge! After each massage they recommend different stretches to help loosen your muscles. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage and overall great experience. read more

Ive had 3 massages by them now and I always want to come back! Very professional and I love the sweet guy up front greeting guests

Booked a couples massage that was very relaxing and the best professional massage I have had. Would absolutely recommend.

I am visiting from out of town. I am a Cosmetologist with a 30 year background working in five star hotel spas. I have had numerous massages. Judy my massage therapist is by far one the very best massage therapists I've ever had. Judy took her time working out my knots, and even called in Jennifer for a second opinion about a curvature in my spine. Judy recommended exercises to help with the pain. The facility is very clean, inviting and professional. I will be back when I come to town. read more

Wow!!! This place is definitely a hidden gem!!! I purchased gift certificates for Father's Day for the men in our family and they were blown away! Each one raved about their experience the first time and since then, have been back multiple times! My entire family is hooked now and every massage has left us thoroughly impressed. Each massage therapist is highly skilled and incredibly thoughtful in regards to areas that need more work, etc. No cookie cutter massage here--they pay such great attention to detail. The place is super clean, the staff is so warm and friendly, and scheduling has been a breeze--often times there is same-day availability. read more
