Visited here on my birthday a few weeks ago looking forward to a free birthday present with purchase. What I didn't expect was a 13-month old, $.99 pre-roll as my birthday present. Their customer service is always nothing but amazing, but I swear their medical selection is getting smaller by the day. I'm a medical user and use vapes exclusively because I need quick, easy, controlled access for indoor use should the need arise. I order off Weedmaps and can longer buy Crude Boys off the medical menu, which was my latest go-to because everything else got too expensive, and they only offer cheaply made brands like MKX and Platinum (both give me terrible headaches and counterract why I use cannabis to begin with) on the med menu anymore. Nearly every deal is catered towards recreational, unusable by med patients. This is the closest dispensary I can get to that sells to medical, and at this point it's hardly worth the drive anymore. Most of the pre packed pure ounces are old and contain mold or mildew. Pure Shake ounces are 100% contaminated with powdered mildew. Along with other foreign contaminates. They are putting new stickers over old stickers on expired products, changing THC percentages, changing strain names, etc. Seems sketchy and un kosher to change things of that nature. What are you getting then, is that product state tested and passed for consumption to the public. read more

I am telling you steer clear of this place. Go to the dispensary right before you get to this one. Mind right I think it's called. Sal and the so called manager Dan were the most disrespectful people I've ever met! I ordered on Saturday for a Sunday delivery. They bring it that day and I was home with my family that's why I ordered it for the next day. So I never received that order. Than I placed one today for delivery today between 6-8pm. It's close to 8 I call and they tell me it was for tomorrow. When both Saturdays email and todays both said exactly when I wanted them and the emails confirmed the exact time and days I requested, however they claim it was not submitted that way when clearly I have the email to show it was scheduled right. They're just smoking to much of the product and can't get an order right. They want to make it seem it's my fault?! I used to come here weekly or at least twice per month. it's great when Im able to come in person, although still budtenders can be judgmental at times. what is ridiculous is trying to order online, all of the strains listed in "deals" section can't be seen, a lot missing percentage information etc. And if I call into delivery dept asking about percentage info etc they always speak to me very condescending. Even laughed at me today with the ridiculous "percentage doesn't matter" mantra... Well it does to me, amongst other important details that are always missing. You make it hard to make my best decision, while also judging my preferences. I once was a great patron but I think I'm over going here. read more

both oz were covered in mold, not able to return flower. waste of money

I came in last night Friday May 12th at 8:20 pm and asked if I could get the deal 8 grams of wax for 50 and double it, and all I asked was if she could get whatever brands the best and if she could make it only Sativa and hybrid strains only or as much as she could. Once I got home I opened the package, and all but four were hybrid and the rest were all indica. All 12 grams of wax were indica, she told me there were both in it, I was very upset, I even left a generous tip because I know I can be a little high maintenance. At this point, I would have rather not gotten this deal at all if I had known that all 12 of the other wax was indica. However, I still called back up and asked the office if I could drive all the way back up and exchange most of the strains for hyprid and sativia ones, especially since I asked the budtender previously and this was not done so, and she didn't give me the impression that they were all out of the strains I asked for. I also had not opened the wax, they aggreed and said as long as the package is not opened I could do it, just at 3:15 pm Saturday May 13th I'm waiting in line, I'm next and the budtender whose name I did not get, told me she could only return it if there is something wrong with it. Like I literally called to avoid this issue. I WAISTED MONEY ON WAX I WILL NOT BE SMOKING OR ENJOY SMOKING! So I'm still upset sitting in their parking lot writing this complaint, thinking about how I probably will never return. read more
