I feel the need to update this, since a lot of our reviews our currently out-of-date or inaccurate. I currently work at this location as a budtender and a lot of things have changed since I've begun working here.
We deliver to certain surrounding areas. The radius isn't perfect but it goes pretty far in certain directions. If you're unsure, you can always call and ask.
No, you can't stack loyalty points and deals, but there have been many times people come in for a usual deal and it's not there anymore and they have an opportunity to use you stacked points, or you can just use it to treat yourself.
Yes, we are separately owned from other Puff's and we don't share the same point/loyalty system. But most of the time we have the same deals and similar Weed Map deals. Like every 20th until 4/20 is 50% off.
We don't take cards at the register, but we have updated our system to an app/service called Plaid. You scan a QR code, set up a profile, and connect it to your Apple wallet or bank and pay off of your phone. There is a service fee, just like an ATM, but it allows an easy, cashless way to pay in our digital age of paying.
Our store is animal friendly; we've had dogs, a sloth, snakes from LegaSea, dogs, a finger monkey, and many others. As long as your animal is well-mannered and behaves in a safe way, you should be just fine to not leave your little friend in the vehicle.
If you have a problem with a product - carts, gummies, flower - you should call and ask to speak with a manager or bring it back into the store within a timely matter. We are more than happy to help replace, fix, or deal with any problem you may be having. Things happen, and products aren't always perfect, so we are more than understanding when things don't go as planned.
AS for pick-ups specifically, I check every order before I cash out to ensure the order is fulfilled correctly. Upon leaving the store for a deliver, a delivery manager double-checks the bag to ensure it's correct.
As for the knowledge and understanding of budtenders, I know a lot of our employees test our product and have our own favorites and opinions. We also have education classes in person for larger companies and virtual courses for smaller and/or newer companies that would like us to know more about that product. We are implored and given incentive to take all the education courses, as do we have strain and terpene specific education posters in our break room.
We strive for greatness consistently, and our bosses push us to be the best and friendliest dispensary in all of Michigan, and we've been rated some of the best in our area. We have our four-year anniversary Saturday, September 27th where we will be doing 50% off top brands and I'm sure we will be giving away grab bags, doing a DJ, food trucks, doing a blow out just as big as last year. Come see us and let us change your mind, if you didn't enjoy it last time. read more
