After driving by Pure Nutrition for a few weeks, I finally pulled in to check it out. Pure Nutrition sells protein drinks and healthy teas. They also have a boxing class on Tuesday nights. Tried the lemon tea with a Mandarin shot of aloe and it was very tasty. Didn't try the protein drink as it was close to dinner and I didn't want to be full. All of their protein was Herbalife. No food is served here, just protein drinks and teas. Week day hours for Monday - Friday are 9:00am - 7:00pm. Seems strange to have an establishment offer protein drinks and teas yet they don't open till 9:00. I will have to stop by on a Saturday between 10 - 2 (their Saturday hours) to try a protein drink. read more

I've given this place a few chances because the shakes and teas are great- but every time I go in, the experience is progressively worse. Their main issues are a lack of customer service and truly the most disorganized place I've ever been in. I don't mind waiting- I know during a lunch rush anywhere it will be busy, and I can definitely wait my turn. I wouldn't have minded, but that's not the problem here. The true problem is they have no idea who is up next, who has been waited on, who has paid, who needs a tea/doesn't need a tea. Multiple people will ask "did someone help you, did you have a tea? Who needs a tea? Did you cash out?" I went in the other day and it was busy so I expected to wait. I waited around 25-30 minutes until a girl yelled out "who needs a tea???" and about 7 or 8 people raised their hand (this included people who just walked in, and others who had been waiting there for 30 mins). She went down the line, took the orders, and then announced she would be yelling out the flavors and to raise our hand, which we all did. Now because they don't have a system in place of helping people in the order they came in, she asked two women that came in a few minutes prior what they wanted for a shake and started going down the line of asking several people for shake orders and taking them all at once. This included people who had been waiting there for 30 minutes plus to people who had just walked in. The shakes are time consuming, so it definitely does not make sense to do it this way, especially because there are people who have been waiting and they're not being helped in the order they came in. The girl on my right was there well before I was, and a couple to my left was as well. It is so disorganized and frustrating & the customer service is extremely lacking. When I received my shake, the girl to my right who was there before me told one of the employees her shake was left in the blender/they forgot about it and its been sitting on the counter. Once the employee poured it for her, she asked if she had been cashed out yet. Seems like that should be something tracked by the employees but they have no way of tracking this. They need to develop a system to help them get organized. (take a ticket/deli counter or form a few lines away from the counter and once helped, people can sit, or a numbering system, something). A lot of work needs to be done. read more

If you're looking to refuel after a hard workout or grab a quick meal replacement shake PURE NUTRITION is the place for it. The shakes are amazing with over 100 different options (chocolate peanut butter cheesecake is my favorite). You are also given a tea with a shot of aloe that tastes incredible. The lemon tea with mandarin aloe shot is a must try. What really keeps me coming back is the great energy as soon as you walk in the crew behind the bar is alway working hard and happy to serve you. read more

Not safe for anyone with allergies to gluten or dairy. Everything is cross contaminated. I've been in there once, told them I had a gluten allergy and they handed me a tea... before I took a sip another employee told me it had gluten in it. Thank god I didn't drink it. They offer a gluten free menu.... it's for people who prescribe to the fad diet, not for people who have celiac. They need a lesson on food safety. read more

Product is great, service is atrocious no matter how many ppl are behind the counter or how early you called in your order.

Called in to place in order and had a question first because my boyfriend has extreme dairy allergies and so I called to see if there was a protein alternative and the girl on the phone told me it was quinoa protein and that it was "build your own" but couldn't give me a listing of the different possible options and was not very knowledgeable about these types of shakes and kept having to ask someone in the background on what to say. Maybe they should have been the person who was answering the phone and not the girl who didn't know what she was doing. Moral of this story is if you are in the food/shake business know your allergens and dairy is NOT an uncommon allergen to not have knowledge on. read more

This place is a hidden gem. The shakes here are much better than the other places nearby. I often will come from Plymouth because they are so much better than the places closer to me. The shakes are great. It tastes like a treat but it's a 250 calorie meal replacement shake with high amounts of protein. The Tuesday night kick-boxing classes are excellent!! read more

I have been several times and really liked the tea and smoothies. However, today was now my third time driving there (about 15 mins one way) during their business hours that they had a cardboard sign saying they were "closed for team training." Don't get me wrong, I understand this is an important part of a business but do it when the store is closed. Once or twice did not bother me, but now three instances I have wasted my time driving there, they have officially lost a customer. read more

My boyfriend and I went there on a Saturday, had no problems at all. We were kindly greeted & given a run down on how the teas and shakes work. We really enjoyed our shakes and were eager to return and try more flavors. Today, we were sadly disappointed by the service. We arrived at about 12:50, we were greeted by one employee and she took our tea orders & gave us our teas right away. As we were waiting to put in our shake orders, more people were arriving, and being served their shakes before us. An employee came and apologized to the woman next to us for the wait & took her order, meanwhile we had gotten there 5 minutes before her. In total we were there for about 20 minutes waiting, before we decided to just leave the money for the teas and go. I know the employees saw us waiting & it felt like we were being blatantly ignored. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was decently busy, and I know what it's like to work in the food industry and how hectic it can be, but I was really disappointed after today's experience. read more
