I had not hosted this many people at my house before so I specifically appreciated the guidance he provided throughout the planning process (timing etc.). The day of the event went off without a hitch, Joe and his exceptionally talented crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and put out a great spread. I opted for traditional grilled food, so everything was cooked on site which was a nice added touch. Not having to worry about cooking or scrambling for utensils/plates/condiments really let us enjoy hosting without the hassle of manning a grill. They also cleaned up and took all the food related trash with them which was an added benefit. Food was delicious and several guests snagged a business card for their own future events. Upon arrival to their main office, we had an "almost newlyweds" spot reserved right out front. Dish after dish that came out for us to try was so good, it was hard to choose what to not include - we loved it all! TCA was open to our feedback, and customized one of their dishes to exactly what our vision was. They also went off menu, offering pirogies to speak to my polish heritage. A month before the wedding we did a walkthrough with all vendor teams at my venue. Their expertise & professionalism shined. The TCA team asked questions that I never even would have ever thought of, and all the while further strengthening our trust and decision in them. Come wedding day, all we can say is WOW.
