Very expensive, the lotions are over priced I've bought ones they sell for $80-$90 for $20-$30 the exact same thing & they're not great top of the line lotions. I find all the packages are expensive for example the monthly unlimited package for the "super" beds is $67.99+tax so $76.83 now that gives you 30 days of tanning. Well in fact it does NOT in the summer they are closed 2 out of 7 days and the winter they are closed 1 out of 7 days, that's not including holiday closings that's just their regular hours of operation, so add on holidays for some months and you lose even more. So for example let's say you sign up for July 1st 2015 for a monthly unlimited super bed package for 30 days, well the 1st is a holiday so it's closed so that's 1 day out of 30 gone :( it's summer so they are closed Sunday's & Monday's & there's 4 weekends that month so you lose another 8 days. So in total for the month of July you lose 9 of your 30 tanning days, so technically you're paying $76.83 to tan for 21 days out of the 30 you're supposed to get. With that being said they have no member reward programs or incentives for long time customers or new and I think that any customer service based companies would want to do things to keep there customers happy & coming back. So because it's the only tanning salon in the area and they own the next closest one around we are caught between a rock and a hard place, tan close to home and pay out your a$$ or drive out of town and pay decent prices but use up the gas that costs a fortune. So it's a dilemma but I think I may start going out of town for better prices, hours & open 7 days a week. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the staff that work there, they are why I go back. read more
