First of all, there's a different dispensary about seven mi. closer for me. I stopped going there when I realized that, as a veteran, I can get a stacked discount up to 40% at Pure Ohio whereas the other place recently reduced the vet discount and doesn't "stack it." So Pure Ohio is the most veteran friendly dispensary near Dayton that I've found and I promise I've looked. The staff, products and building are all very good. It's secure. The selection is solid, and they frequently have higher dose gummies here when others in the area do not. I def recommend this one especially for veterans. read more

Had pick up order placed at dispensary went to pick it up the usual budtender said the order was cancelled due to being past pick up time. Only thing about that was I placed the order for 230 to 330 it was now 315. Apparently a computer problem. But she insisted that it was my normal time of 10 am. And somehow my fault. No big deal except what I had ordered and should of had was now sold out. Pure Ohio just updated their website so I figured that's what happened. A glitch. But no apologies from anyone about the inconvenience of not having what I ordered,or my order not coming in right. So here's what I think happened some employee wanted the gypsy soap bud for another client or friend or an employee. So they cancelled my order assuming it was ten and they said they cancelled it at two. Putting the gypsy soap back in play able to be sold to whomever. So I ask to speak to a manager when I got up to counter to now make a purchase. So he came in I explained my problem to him he started out with an attitude tone. Just kept saying MY computer shows 10 am . Went in back came out with one of my items but the gypsy soap was in the plastic small bud variety. He also had a receipt from a print out showing 10 am so I said I take screen shots of all my orders. To this he said(in a tone) "what's that gonna solve"?! And he's right apparently because he's not the customer I am. So he went in back and loh and behold he found the upper branch gypsy soap that I originally ordered. When one of the other workers ask him where he found it the floor manager with glasses and handlebar mustache. He said he cancelled someone else's order to get it. Is that what happened to me originally? Then he said here's your bud ( with that tone again) here's your change ( tone still there) and flicked his hands in a motion as to say get out. Oh almost forgot when I mentioned to this " floor manager" in an attempt for him to apologize for inconvenience that pure Ohio just redid their website his retort was well I don't know what your talking about my screen has been the same for the two years I've worked here. Still no apologies. And then he sent me off with tone. It was enough that the customer next to me even was shocked. Mentioned I had worked for the government before so the fact that everyone else but my phone was right which is the statement he gave me at one point,so the government comment was to lighten up the tone he was throwing down. His little shrug of the shoulder showed to me that he has no respect for military or government folks. Still no apologies. I did an awesome job on holding down my p.t.s.d. so although they say military welcome this kid don't. And he's a floor manager. So still no apologies. read more

Office help is great. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable. Product is pretty good. Prices are excellent.

Pure ohio is taking shady business practices to a whole new level. They have increased their prices for the upcoming recreational , everything is now double the price from just some months ago. Ive been in the med program for 4yrs now and seeing this makes me sick. If you have the option just go to michigan to get your meds. They will no more money from me. read more

I usually go to Michigan to get all my thc products because ohios prices were to much and the limit is to. But I went to Ohio wellness for the first time in almost a year. The bud is better priced, the bud tenders I've delt with have always been helpful and nice. One of the better dispensary in Ohio. read more

Poor excuse for a dispensary. They lack information about the products. Employees are not inviting,and act like they would rather be some place else. My total changed from my online order,when I got there. There was an extra $22 for pickup. read more

front staff are rude, uncaring, and will mock you in your face. 55 minutes drive from cincinnati to endure humiliation and rude cust service. will never shoo here or with any affiliate. i have no idea what product or budtenders are like because i was told i could not access floor dur to a recently expired license (by a few weeks) patients... know your rights. a recently expired license is acceptable with a separate form of identity. ie: ss card, bc, passport. after hastily trying to find product off of the website, we were constantly battered with the time of closing. only to be told in the back my wife couldn't shop because of my expired license. my wife's is not. the front desk cohorts proceeded to talk loudly about how patients wouldn't expect extra treatment from a larger pharmacy like cvs. no we don't. this is not a large retail pharmacy. i'm not some couch stoner. im trying to treat my ailments. #pureohio has no empathy, sympathy, or couth. do not shop here or waste your time. just go to michigan. luna pier and ypsilanti are under 3 hours away. better product, better pricing, friendlier folk attending you. read more
