They do not or cannot come to a diagnosis from their assessment of the patient; but rather deviate from the focus instead of listening to the patient's presenting symptoms. It seems like they come up with a "catch all term" to make a diagnosis instead of searching for a trigger or reason why the patient came into the office in the first place.
